These definitely help with my hydration levels, I like the flavour in the drink and they dissolve well ,

Really like this product and buying on a subscription is a really good option to get them at a decent price. I really sweat buckets so hydration when I'm on the move is very important to me. This is my "everyday" staple although i do use a different product for strenuous effort or multi-day activities, not sure if I can mention other brands or not...sorry. Overall I have only used the Berry flavour but found it works for me, it settles well in my stomach and doesn't make me feel ill like some other products. Everyone os different so what works for me might not work for you, it's all trial and error I'm afraid. I do use 2 tablets to a litre of water, I think thats slightly over their recommended ratio but 1 tablet just seems a little insipid to me and if I'm working hard I like to taste something, it's a little reward. For me, its a great general all rounderand the price as a bundle and as a subscription makes this a great 5 star product.

I prefer these to other makes because they dissolve quicker. They taste OK.
