I have been following & drinking DASH for a long time now. When it comes to Lemon & Raspberry flavour I’m absolutely sold! I could drink them all day! Others prefer cucumber (which is also great) but what’s brilliant is that there is a variety and therefore it offers a great talking point. I suggest you try all of them!There are multiple reasons why I love DASH – the taste, the light fizziness, the cool can design etc. But the important thing to remember is that DASH is so much more than just a “drink!”There is such a big problem with sugar in our society today and the soft drinks industry are some of the biggest culprits! We grow up drinking these sugary drinks and it isn’t long before we find ourselves utterly addicted. It a massive epidemic and the science is there for all to see! Oh, and don’t get me started on sweeteners – just google aspartame!With DASH, they offer the perfect replacement – NO SUGAR, NO SWEETENERS, NO CALORIES – AND EXCELLENT TASTE! You really do feel good after you’ve had one – both physically but also morally & ethically.DASH, unlike the supermarkets of today, appreciate farmers and prevent food wastage. Using wonky fruit and veg is a very strong message for all generations, existing & future.I bought a crate for the office the other day - it went down a treat! Great reviews all round!

A sugar free, calorie free alternative to chemical laden sodas. Good value. I order on a subscription, they are so good.

Nice drink I love a fizzy drink but am trying to cut down on one's full of sugar such as coca cola so with these being sugar free and no calories they are a great treat for me. Altough would probaly only buy again if on offer.

Different take on water decent taste as well as price and refreshment

I really love these drinks, not too gassy, nice flavour and sugar and calories free, perfect if you are on a diet as a fizzy drink.

Great bubbles but lacking in flavour, doesn't need to be sweet just more flavour. A tad pricey as well.

I am a huge fan of Dash Water, so perfect to drink when you want something a bit sweeter and more tasty than just water, even though its just as good for you as water is!! It is so refreshing, there is always a good time to drink a can of dash and I have started bringing the cans everywhere with me. My favourite flavour is the lemon (even though they are all delicious) and I haven't found anything else out there with the same benefits (no sugar, good for the environment) or as worth the money. I'll be ordering more boxes as soon as this one is finished!! Added benefit - the cans look so great, they are like an accessory!

I tried Dash there other day as part of a meal deal at boots and now I just can't get enough! I was so surprised to find out that it had no calories or sweetness in it because it is absolutely delicious! The fact that it is in a can is also great because I try to avoid buying plastic bottles at all costs so Dash really proved to be the perfect alternative especially as before I always seemed to be quite limited to sugary cans like coke. The wonky lemon favour is yum and would really recommend! I also tried out the cucumber which was particularly delicious- I can't wait to order some more!
