Not the best tasting sachets but works a charm. Had them over the festival season for when it was mighty hot and sweating was a given. Have also given them out to friends that have been sick or after a night out and they have been impressed Would buy again as they are good value for money

I have some unflavoured electrolytes (by another company), but don’t really like the salty taste, so I tried this one, it is good value and the taste is acceptable, fresher and more lemony than expected. I have only two concerns, one is I think there is too many unnecessary ingredients, and the other is that even after mixing and shaking well in a bottle of water a lot of white granules are left behind that haven’t dissolved. I have now started making a lemon jelly with it which is really nice and refreshing, and a nicer way I found to get my electrolytes and some extra collagen and glycine as well. You make the jelly as you would normally with gelatine (beef or vegan) add hot water, a scoop of electrolytes and mix well. I mix a tablespoon of pure grass fed beef organic gelatine with some cold water (about 2ozs) to ‘bloom’ for a while, then add 16 ozs boiling water, stir until dissolved, let it cool down a bit, than add a scoop of electrolytes, stir well, when cool enough stick in fridge to set, plus there is no white residue this way, it all dissolves, I also bought a cheap ice cream maker to make my own ice cream with double cream, eggs and a scoop of organic vanilla flavoured protein powder…..lovely. I am currently doing Ketovore to try and heal from serious auto immune conditions and my diet has been severely restricted so being able to treat myself to jelly and ice cream without the guilt is wonderful, and as my bowl of lemon jelly is just filtered water, natural collagen, and my daily scoop of electrolytes, I can eat the whole bowl throughout the day (I do go easier on the ice cream though!)

I exercise a lot and use electrolytes many times a week. I am familiar with High5, NuuN, SiS etc so can offer a reasonable comparison. Good value for the amount of product nicely packaged and includes a little measuring scoop. The taste of this product is strong, a bit overwhelming when you are exercising but that could be my personal taste. My biggest issue is that it doesn't dissolve fully in water. There is lots of residue and small bits of product that just won't dissolve. I am concerned that if it hasn't dissolved then you aren't taking it onboard. So the claimed nutritional benefits can't be accurate. I wouldn't buy again.

Very tasty electrolytes, the lemon flavouring is not overpowering and when mixed with the correct amount of water tastes really pleasant. They dissolve very easily, there can be some residue at the bottom of your cup but this is very common with most electrolytes, just rinse and it’s gone. They have a good balance of ingredients and allow for an effective energy boost and hydration.

These are truly awful. And I don’t say that lightly as someone who is a regular consumer of electrolytes and I shouldn’t have deviated from my usual brand ‘for a change’. From the packaging with the most low res font print on it imaginable, to the flavours not being as described, to the luminous/nuclear colour of each flavour, the fact it doesn’t dissolve, tastes questionable and with a lasting aftertaste of chemicals that you can enjoy all day. You can also look forward to your pee being the same luminous colour for a day or so. Not only is it overpriced, but it’s utterly diabolical value for that fact. A complete waste of money

I love how convenient this is! Most days I manage to drink my recommended amount of water, but when I’m on the go, these sachets really help keep me hydrated and energized. The flavor is great too—refreshing and easy to enjoy. Definitely a staple in my bag!

I took it twice for only for one day and I went to the emergency room as I was throwing up and couldn’t eat/drink anything with a pain in my whole body and fever. I didn’t think it was from the electrolytes but my husband tried a couple of sips and he got a very bad stomachache. We gave it to a friend to try it and he got the same symptoms. Horrible product and it has a terrible metal taste.

Pros: sin azúcar ni edulcorantes y con otras vitaminas y minerales. Te ahorras muchas botellas de electrolito normal. Quito una estrella porque La sensación de hidratación es menor que la de un electrolito comercial. El sabor tiende a medicina y el colorante es intenso. Tiñe la orina. El consumo constante es lo que me mantiene hidratada. No para deshidratación fuerte.

These taste like trash in water, I did use them in a carnivore desert for sweetness and they were good for that.

I work out for over two hours a day and sweat a lot, so I need to add electrolytes to my water to feel balanced. But this powder is just wrong on so many levels. First, the taste, I got the peach mango flavor, and while it’s edible, it tastes as artificial as it gets. Then there’s the digestion issue. Drinking this while being active causes massive stomach upset. I actually feel like I’m going to vomit because my stomach treats it like poison, and I end up burping constantly during my workout. As for hydration? Not a chance. The aftertaste makes you feel even drier than before you drank it. And since it makes you feel sick, you never actually feel okay. The only real benefit I noticed is if you go for, say, 10 days of training without any electrolytes, this might help—but only if you take it 3-4 hours before your workout. In that case, it does make you feel rehydrated after a few hours. I definitely wouldn’t recommend using this more than once every two weeks. Review Update: They provided full refund. I am changing from 1 star to 5 stars.
