They're round, they're shiny, they're pewter!
There's not much complexity with it. It melts well and I've made quite a few pieces of jewelry using it so far. I'd definitely buy again when I run out.

Weighs in at exactly 15oz, no Pb (lead)
These pewter semi-spheres shipped quickly and upon arrival weighed in (no box, no packaging) at exactly 15oz. Always suspicious of made in China products, I subjected them to a lead (Pb) test after scratching the surface of one unit. Pleasantly surprised to find no lead. These will work nicely by themselves and when alloyed with some copper for more of a brass situation. BE CAREFUL WHEN HANDING! - there are some sharp points on these hemispheres left over from the pouring process which resulted in an uncomfortable stab in the finger - thus only 4 stars.

Very nice lead free pewter
This is very nice pewter to work with. I'm using it for jewelery castings. I tested it for lead because I test everything and it's lead free. My impression working with it is that it's very pure. Little to no waste at all in my casting process.

Melting Temperature is wrong
Really struggled to melt this at the listed temperature. Had to pump up the heat up by a lot on a different heating element than I initially was using. Worked alright after that.

Super Cool Stuff
I've always been captivated from molten metal. It was my ASMR before ASMR was a thing. When I was in high school, I made a cast aluminum sculpture and I was hooked ever since.I've loved the idea of using a low-melt eutectic alloy for casting small parts and this is exactly what I was looking for. I can use a high-temp silicone mold and cast these for days. My idea was to make a set of chess pieces and they honestly look fantastic, but I'm going to need a bunch more of this stuff to complete the set, so I'll be purchasing more soon. I'm not 100% on whether the price is great (I might find a bulk supplier), but the product itself is fantastic.

Neat for DIY
I plan to use this as practice metal for casting projects.I've always liked pewter ornaments and things, I hear it can contain lead, so be careful.
