This curl defining cream actually works! I usually straighten my hair because my curly/wavy hair is unruly at best. My hair is an absolute disaster when it rains though, and I recently had the chance to put this curl defining cream to the test. I was planning to attend a soccer game and knew drizzly rain was forecasted so I grabbed this hair product for the perfect test. I washed my hair and applied it while wet and went out to the field to get cold and soaked knowing there was zero hope for my hair to look anything but clown-like. Well, I was wrong because my hair dried in the prettiest full curls! I was shocked to say the least. I really loved how my curls looked after using this product and I would definitely buy this again.

This lightweight cream dispenses easily and gives you small amounts to work with. Leaving it in my hair after a shower, it feels lightweight and smells amazing. The scent is sweet and floral and it lasts for quite a few hours. Treats hair to hydrate and leaving it feeling really soft, while supporting my natural curls through a heat treatment without resulting in frizz. Helps control it even in more humid weather conditions. No greasy or sticky residues from drying.

I usually use Living Proof curl lotion. I have very fine, curly and color treated hair. Most products weigh my hair down.I used a very small amount of this product. I air dry my hair. Once dry, my curls looked pretty good but it was just a bit weighed down at the roots and my fairly tight curls had spots where they were flattened out.I might use this in a pinch but I wouldn't recommend to anyone with fine hair.

I really liked how moisturize this was since that certainly helped control frizz, but it wasn’t heavy. It made for nice curl definition. The smell is light, but really pleasant. It worked into damp hair nicely and I didn’t need a lot to get the desired effect. I tried it on my daughter’s hair, too. She has a bit of an uneven curl pattern and this helped to even it out some.

I totally disregarded the instructions and used this on soaking wet hair straight out of shower. That’s the only method that works for my frizzy 2C curls, so that’s what I stick to. Anyway, I raked a generous amount through my hair, scrunched a lot, and let it air dry. It dried to frizz free, defined curls. It even left me with shine and volume. I would have liked for a bit more curl boosting, but still pretty good.

This is a nice leave in conditioner that does a great job controlling frizziness from my hair. It's easy to apply and feels lightweight on my hair. Doesn't leave any residue and my hair doesn't feel greasy, even at the end of the day. It also works well to keep my hair from becoming staticky.
