Perfect 🧡 suitcase
Great hard case my first ever time purchasing one like this and wow I love the colour of it.It has wheels on the bottom that rotate around with ease. The handle does extend upwards and it has good grip.Inside looks to have a great capacity and will be perfect for my holiday clothes etcIt’s nice and light and easy to use.I am so looking forward to two weeks abroad thrilled with my suitcase 🧳Overall it’s great value for money.

Really good value for occassional travel.
I purchased this suitcase for a short trip and it impressed me.The hardshell exterior is tough and durable, providing excellent protection for my belongings. Despite being lightweight, the suitcase feels sturdy enough to handle the usual bumps and knocks of air travel. The material gives it a modern, stylish look, and it resists scratches fairly well, keeping the suitcase looking new after multiple uses.At 55 cm, this suitcase is the max size for a carry-on. It easily fits in overhead compartments, and I haven’t had any issues with it meeting airline size restrictions thought your mileage may vary. The expandable feature is fantastic when I need that extra bit of space for souvenirs or additional clothes. It gives me flexibility without adding too much bulk. However, using the expandable feature will make it too large to be used as a carry on.The wheels are great. They glide effortlessly in any direction, making it easy to maneuver through airports, train stations, and crowded spaces. I can roll the suitcase beside me or push it in front without any resistance. The wheels move smoothly on both carpeted and hard surfaces, which adds to the convenience. The interior space is well-designed and roomy enough to pack for several days. The interior is divided into two compartments, with a fully zipped side for organizing clothes and a strap on the other side to secure larger items. I appreciate the additional zippered pockets inside, which are great for storing smaller items like chargers, toiletries, or important documents. The handle is the only negative I found in the suitcase. It doesn't really fit in the holes securely. There is a lot of extra play when fully extended but it doesn't make me doubt the durability. The carry handles on the top and side are also well made, making it easy to lift the suitcase when needed. For its price it offers fantastic value. Overall really good for occasional travelers but not quite sure how it will hold up under much heavier use.

Not fit for purpose
I had high hopes for this suitcase as I have in the past purchased a number of other Amazon Basics branded items that have proven to be both good value and robust. Unfortunately I can't apply that description to this purchase. Whilst packing the case for its first outing, I hooked a travel scale to the handle to check the weight and the handle fell off! With no time to buy a replacement I had to make the trip with just the one remaining handle in situ, something that made grabbing the case from the airport carousel difficult.Upon inspection the handle was held in place by two very short screws which are clearly unable to take the load demanded of them. I should add that I was lifting just 17kg against the airlines 23kg allowance so it was most certainly not overloaded. I shall be returning it for refund.
