I set the bar low for this because most of the time unless you get the really expensive shelves ($200+) you end up paying a decent amount, for relative garbage. Not the case here. Especially for $59 on sale, I don’t think you can even get plastic for that cheap. These are super easy to build, and they actually paid attention to small details up to even including little cotton gloves, I’m assuming, so you don’t slice your hands on sharp edges. That said, there weren’t any blade like edges but I appreciate the attention to detail there. They seemed flimsy while building, but once properly reinforced, they really did feel pretty strong. Again, for the money I think the quality exceeds the cost, which is rare. The shelves look good, are easy to adjust and pretty easy to build. ONE NOTE: take a look at the dimensions and trust those, not the pictures. The beauty standing next to the shelves makes Them look bigger in the picture than they are in real life. The measurements provided are correct, but the girl makes them look bigger. They are 6 feet high, 3 feet wide. So not huge, but there is a decent amount of storage space.

I did some research to find a hefty, metal shelved unit for my garage after having lackluster experiences with the standard wire shelf units from big box stores. I chose this brand based on reviews and appearance of sturdiness and I am glad that I did. My intended use was for my guitar amplifier which is both heavy and very expensive so I didn’t want to take a chance on flimsy particle board units. This unit surpassed my expectations in quality and sturdiness; it is solid as a rock. It was easy for me to put together with the included tools, although I did try a rubber mallet but found that the main benefit was that blows were less noisy. The included pictures don’t include all 5 shelves since I didn’t have room for 5 (my Fender Deluxe Reverb usually sits in the bottom section) and I am using the remaining shelf as a sturdy platform for now but will likely purchase more of these units and use the shelf with one of those. Summary: This unit is sturdy, holds a lot of weight, looks clean, is a good value for the money and is perfect for staging home guitar amplifier setups.

UPDATE: 6/1/25 - Seller contacted me and offered me a full refund for the faulty shelf I had received (and reviewed) but Amazon had already refunded me. The seller then offered to send me a new shelf system at no charge! I accepted their offer and received the new shelf in about 7-10 days which was great! I put it together this morning and it was absolutely perfect! It went together exactly like my first shelf had and it was a breeze to put together. All of the pieces were perfect - especially the connectors that join the top half to the bottom half. They were the white connectors like I had with the first shelf. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with this replacement! I was able to put it together by myself in 15 minutes. I would just caution buyers - if you receive brown connectors with your shelf - beware! They are more than likely the wrong connectors. The white ones were the only ones that worked for me. But do not hesitate- this seller is great and is actually concerned about the products they are selling will work for their customers. Thank you seller for making it right! This is the second shelf I ordered and it is NOT the same as the first one I received a month ago. The first one felt more heavy duty like it could hold some weight (not 3000 lbs) but it definitely felt stronger. It also went together easily and had all the parts. The second one and why I’m writing this review is a TOTAL piece of crap. The metal pieces were bending out of shape easily with just the slightest pressure and when we got to the part where we needed to connect the top to the bottom section with the “connectors” they didn’t fit! They WOULD NOT slide into the brackets no matter how much force was used. My husband ended up breaking one of them because he tried so hard to force it in. Then, when I tried to contact the company directly to ask for the correct connectors - none of the contact information worked. Phone number - disconnected; Email - rejected and returned to sender, contact unknown and finally - “contact us by simply scanning this QR Code to connect on WhatsApp!” Can anyone say “china?” Needless to say - don’t purchase this! These units are drop shipped from china. But Amazon was amazing! They refunded me and didn’t make me return this absolute heavy piece of garbage. Thank you Amazon for amazing customer service today! Assembly was annoying but honestly that can be said for just about any product like this. Build quality is probably 8/10. The finish is nice and looks durable. I haven’t loaded up the shelves just yet but I’m confident it’ll hold what I put on it. The metal was all a bit flimsy but once assembled it seems robust. I like the adjustability of the shelves, however ok nice you get it set it’s a real pain to take a shelf out and move it. Mainly because you have to take apart 5 individual pieces and reset each one to adjust anything.

I wanted to organize my garage and ordered one to check out. It held so much! I ended up ordering a total of 9 units all together and I have two against the wall for Christmas, leaving the top shelf off for Christmas items that are too large to fit a shelf. Next, I left a walkway and put 3 sets back to back with the 7th at the end spanning the width, leaving room to access it without opening the garage door. They are so sturdy that I'm not worried about the standalones falling or anything (I am going to zip tie them together for extra security). It is soooo wonderful to be able to get to my craft supplies and tubs without having to move tubs stacked three high to get to the one I want. I chose these because they fit the size of normal tubs lengthwise - 72”H x 45”W x 24”D.The bottom two shelves fit 2-3 tubs each and I found a container that was deep enough to stack 2-3 on a shelf. I’ve had the shelves set up since mid-May and have been using them for 8 months now and wouldn’t change a thing! Note: I’m 68 with back issues, so thankfully, my son put them all together for me and set them up as they are heavy.

NOW THESE SHELVES ARE WHAT YOU WANT. EASY TO PUT TOGETHER, YOU CAN MOVE THEM WHEREVER YOU NEED THEM THEN JUST FILL THEM. THEY ARE POWDER PAINTED BLACK SO THEY MATCH ANY ROOM. THE STABILITY OF THESE SHELVES IN FANTASTIC, EVEN MORE SO WHEN YOU GET THEM FILLED. THEY ALIGN WITH YOUR WALL AND CAN BE PUT UP IN ONE PIECE OR IN HALF FOR TWO PIECES. FUNCTIONALITY MAKES THEM SOME OF THE BEST SHELVES I HAVE BOUGHT IN A LONG TIME. PLUS, THE ARE ALL METAL WITH WELDED BRACES ON THE SHELVES, AND FENCES SO NOTHING SLIDES OUT THE SIDES. THEY ALSO GIVE YOU A PLASTIC HAMMER AND GLOVES, SO YOU CAN TAP THE PARTS IN PLACE AND NOT SCRATCH YOURSELF ON THE METAL.

Pretty flimsy, but gets the job done. You can't store anvils or anything on it, but it does the job for clearning up space. Very thin material, need weight on it to keep it stable. Easy to move, as it is lightweight. Decent value, but could be more robust for the money.

Needed to free up some floor space in the garage, so I ordered a couple of these when they were available for $60. I like that the shelves themselves are all metal (not the particle board that some use, which in my experience ends up breaking too easily). Assembly was fairly straightforward (be sure to keep everything in the right direction), sometimes needing the help of a real mallet (not the joke of a toy plastic one that comes with the set) to get things snugged up. The biggest complaint I have is that the side fences don't really clip on very securely and tend to fall off when bumped. Overall, a good choice for the price and I would purchase again if I need more.
