Highly recommended!
I recently tried the Biscoff Sandwich Cookies, Vanilla, and here’s my detailed review based on my experience:Packaging & First ImpressionsThe Biscoff Sandwich Cookies arrived in a clean, well-sealed package that kept the cookies fresh. The packaging is vibrant and inviting, with a clear image of the cookies, making it easy to spot on a shelf. The size of the package is reasonable, providing plenty of cookies without feeling too excessive.Taste & FlavorThe Biscoff Sandwich Cookies feature two lightly crisp, Biscoff-flavored cookies sandwiching a smooth vanilla cream filling. The cookies have that classic Biscoff flavor, which is subtly spiced with cinnamon, giving them a warm, sweet taste that perfectly complements the rich, smooth vanilla cream in the middle. The cream filling is sweet, but not overpowering, allowing the spiced cookie to shine through. The balance of the two flavors is excellent, and the texture of the cookie adds a satisfying crunch without being too hard. The vanilla cream filling is smooth and creamy, not too thick, so it doesn’t overpower the crunch of the cookies.TextureThe texture of the cookies is what really stands out. The cookie shells are thin and crispy but not too fragile, so they hold up well when you bite into them. The vanilla filling inside is light and creamy, creating a delightful contrast to the crisp cookies. The crunch of the cookies with the smooth, soft filling makes for a great balance of textures that’s both indulgent and satisfying.Sweetness LevelFor me, the sweetness level is just right. It’s sweet enough to satisfy a craving without being too cloying. The cinnamon flavor from the Biscoff cookies offers a hint of spice, which prevents the sweetness from feeling overwhelming. If you enjoy cookies with a bit of flavor depth (rather than just pure sugariness), these are a great option.Serving & VersatilityThese cookies are perfect for snacking on their own, but they also pair well with beverages. I’ve enjoyed them with coffee, tea, and milk, and they complement all of these drinks beautifully. They’d also be a great addition to dessert platters, or even used in recipes for cookie crusts or toppings for ice cream.Value for MoneyFor the price, I’d say these cookies offer good value. You get a decent amount of cookies in each pack, and they are high-quality with a rich flavor. Biscoff products are generally on the pricier side for cookies, but considering the unique flavor profile and texture, they’re worth the indulgence. Plus, if you’re a fan of Biscoff products already, this flavor combination will be a fun variation.ConclusionOverall, I’m very happy with the Biscoff Sandwich Cookies, Vanilla. They’re a great twist on the classic Biscoff cookie, with a rich vanilla cream filling that complements the spiced cookie perfectly. The texture balance, between the crispy cookies and creamy filling, makes them satisfying for both cookie lovers and those with a sweet tooth.Rating: 5 stars out of 5. If you’re a fan of Biscoff cookies, you’ll likely love this take on them. They’re a perfect treat to enjoy on their own or with a warm drink, and they make for a great snack any time of day. Highly recommended!

Sheer bliss
These are my favorite cookie. I love Biscoff cookie butter and ever since Oreo discontinued their cookie butter cookie (which is my #1 favorite cookie of all time and 7 years later, I’m still sad about it being discontinued;-)) I haven’t been able to find anything remotely close. I even tried making my own using Biscoff cookie butter and various other cookies, but nothing is as good. I came across these cookies in December and it was like my prayers had been answered. This cookie is absolutely delightful. It is the Biscoff cookie butter sandwich between 2 Biscoff cookies. I have tried putting cookie butter on Biskoff cookies before, but it was just OK. Theoretically, putting cookie butter on Biscoff cookies should taste the same, but somehow it is significantly better! They have been hard to find (originally found them at Target but I have not seen them there since the initial discovery several months ago). So I was ecstatic when I found them on Amazon - and at a cheaper price than anywhere else I’ve found them. They are light and crisp and are sheer bliss. They are even packaged into 2 individually wrapped rolls inside the one exterior wrapper., keeping them fresher for longer - though, I eat them pretty fast so they don’t tend to get stale anyway ;-)

Delicious cookies!
OMG, these Biscoff cream cookies are delicious. The cookies come wrapped in two separate sleeves for freshness. The original Biscoff cream filling tastes a little bit like an almond frosting. As for the cookies itself there crunchy, but not too hard. Overall, a very fresh cookie. If you're a cookie dunker like myself, I believe you will enjoy these cookies as much as I do.Only suggestion, the cookie could use a scosche more frosting in the middle.

The holy trinity of cookies... could it be??
I'm a HUGE fan of all things Biscoff, cookie butter, and Oreos. So when I saw that these were a thing (by the grace of God) I had to give them a try. And let me tell you, they DO NOT disappoint. It is quite literally the perfect combo of an Oreo-like Biscoff cookie butter cookie. I shared them with my family and friends, and everyone loved them! Even those who claimed to not be a fan of Biscoff cookies. If you're a fellow Biscoff and/or cookie butter fan, give these a whirl!!!

Amazing
These are so good. Just like the ones they give you on the plane. The ones with the Biscoff Cream are life changing. Will bring my own on my next flight.

Nothing special
Very bland and boring in flavor. I would stick to the original or the biscoff cream filled.
