Easy to use, adjust etc. The extra weight because of the size of the hand grips/bar is handy.Aesthetically, nicer than many makes.They're sturdy, maybe a little awkward to use, I.e picking up and lining up to put down initially. Until you figure out the technique.Price is pretty reasonable for the amount of weight you get. And I would consider, based on the general price range for dumbells of this style, and quality.

I brought these as a Christmas present for my 14yr old niece, she loves them and uses them 4 times a week when training.

I was looking for a pair of dumbbells where I could increase the weight without needing several sets.These are good quality and easily adjustable weights.

Ideal for me as an older guy, very easy to change weight and enough range to keep my fitness going. Probably should have bought the double set, but maybe add 1 later. Would definitely recommend for beginners or those not seriously into body building.

The media could not be loaded. These are an excellent set of adjustable dumbbell weights. They are well made, high quality and extremely easy to use.The weights themselves are made of cast iron with a heavy coating of PE and look extremely robust and durable and I like that the PE will protect from any deterioration in the metal.The wights com with a storage base and changing the weight comes from simply resting the dumbbells in the base and rotating forward to increase the weight and backwards to decrease the weight. The weights can be adjusted from 2Kg to 11Kg, with 5 total weighst available.The bar itself is made from the same material but with a heavy rubber non slip coating that is extremely easy to both grip and feels very secure in the hand when using.I love these dumbbells. They stay compact, they mean no mess witrh weights laying around, no fuss when adjusting the weights. A superb idea. I only wished I had discovered them sooner.

Nice quality, easy to select weight quickly if drop setting. Nice thick handles with good grip. Only negative is as expected, long. Do not so good at alternate bicep curls.
