However, it is not clear where this product is manufactured so I am taking off 1 star for that lack of transparency (and the possibility that they are made in China). My other concern is that the serving size is 200 mcg per day (1 capsule) which is much higher than the recommended daily allowance (RDA) of 55 mcg. It is within the upper tolerable limit of 400 mcg but, if you get sufficient selenium in your diet, this could be too high a dose. Unlike water soluble vitamins, too much selenium can be toxic over time. Therefore, I am only taking 1 pill per week of this supplement.

I am confident these are of the quality stated, because this brand is a reputable brand, but are still affordable. The capsules are tiny, making them very easy to swallow, and they have no noticeable odor or taste. I do think the serving size is probably too large, as it's more than 3.5x the RDA, and selenium toxicity is a thing. BUT, I'll just be taking one of these every 4 days and it'll all average out.
