A nice brass or brass effect Surya plaque to bring the sun into my kitchen in winter! (He might yet spend summer outside on my garden wall…) The detailing is nice, although I am just talking for ornamental purposes, I am not sure if it is an accurate depiction of the Hindu god. Easy to hang and looks good against the wall – cheers me up every cold, dark morning :) I think the price could be a bit lower, hence 4 stars.

This Sun God looks authentically aged with its worn moulding. I love this ancient weathered look and rich gold colour, perfectly matches the aesthetic of my room. It claims to be brass , I have no way of testing but it’s certainly metal. This looks great indoors and out and if it is indeed it’s brass , it is priced well.
