Yuor product is very bad becuse you are sending only defective product. I have very much harrashed purchase your product from Amazon. Your Technicine is very bad they want online money beforr chacking. Why you assure for replacement? Why you are starting frude advertise for purchase? You are not able to replce any product.Only you want collect money by hook & cook from customer.

Don't go for high feature refurbished laptop this laptop thamson intel dual core is far better than other high feature refurbished laptop under 13k this laptop is excellent for everyone who want to use for personal purpose like study, watch movie, listen music, internet surfing, want to work on MS office, this will satisfy in all activity, battery backup is good, video clearity is also too good, system working is also good processing fast, easily handle multi task, one loop point is storage is low 128g on which you will get around 90 gb for usage rest for already used for installed software, if ignore that part all over laptop is excellent screen is also big, nothing negative thing for other part, ignore all specification this laptop it will satisfy you in all type of work, I suggest choose this laptop with 5 rating and complimentory gift of laptop black cover that is amazing from Thamson brand, really happy to choose this product, hope this product will work like this on upcoming days, Best brand laptop available in cheap rate, ignore this comment for coding users,gaming user this laptop for not you rest people can enjoy this lapop under 13k . Build quality is not top notch but good for this price range
The media could not be loaded. Good for basic use but if you want more better performance u need to upgrade ssd card 512 than u satisfy with this price range
