Powerful stuff
Didn't know what to expect. This year, my little grape vine in the back garden went berserk and gave me fifteen kilos of grapes. Decided to make wine with them, rather than let the birds nosh them (like every other year). This yeast and the nutrient is amazing. I fermented according to instructions and somehow, I have two demijohns full of amazing deep, deep purple wine with an abv of somewhere between 15 and 17%. It's more like port! Fantastic.
