I LOVE this herb keeper so much that I got one for my mom for Christmas! It easily keeps herbs fresh for 2-3 weeks. Some herbs are hardier than others. I probably should get a second one because I often have 2 variety of herbs at one time, but I've been putting both in the keeper. I am unable to close the door, but it's been working ok. I just enjoy being able to have fresh herbs in my refrigerator for so long and to not to have to worry about them going limp and brown! Great product!

I always end up tossing old herbs at the end of the week. With these Herb Keepers, my herbs stay fresh A LOT longer. I change out the water weekly and snip the ends to keep them fresh for a couple of weeks.

they are not perfect, but pretty good. i would like them an other inch taller, so i do not need to cut the stems on herbs. i also would like a little more of a positive latching when i close it. but as far as effectiveness, they really work. i can easily keep cilantro and parsley for 2 weeks, where as it used to get goey after 4 days before

Storing cilantro is a Challenge .Not enough room to sufficiently store a small bushel. The door does not stay shut therefore not keeping the freshness.

Loved the design and ability to let the herbs drain before using. Keeps parsley fresh. Until I discovered water on the fridge shelf. The culprit, hairline cracks in the bottom.

Have had my parsley in this herb saver now for about a week and it is still going strong. I replaced the water once, which wasn't the easiest so do this over the sink. The clear plastic is supposed to slide up and out to refill the water but it was a little tricky getting it removed. and back in with out spilling water everywhere. This is not leak proof so if it tips over or gets knocked over in the fridge it will spill. I do wish it was a tad bigger as it cant store a full big herb bundle.

So far very pleased with this herb saver. Great value for two products. Easy to use. When needing your herbs, you can open the door without taking it out of the water, which is awesome feature.
