Awesome Supplements - Awesome Sleep Recovery Formula with Magnesium, Ashwagandha & Chamomile Extract (241g, Berry Tea)

Having used other products from Awesome Supplements I was keen to try this as, like many, I don't sleep all that well. It's great tasting, easy to mix and have definitely noticed an improvement in the quality of sleep and how I feel since using it regularly.

This product works, my sleep definitely improves the mights I have this. My whoop stats like it too!Tastes great too, I have it an hour before bed which works well. Will definately continue to purchase

I usually take magnesium before bed but I've never tried it in drink form. This hot chocolate is very tasty and has worked really well for my sleep patterns. I take it about an hour before bed and I've had really nice and restful sleeps.

Tastes incredible and have had some of the best nights sleeps I have had in years, wake up feeling refreshed and more relaxed throughout the day, will definitely be a staple in my routine going forward

Maybe not been using long enough. Certainly no immediate benefit re poor sleep quality. Also, I thought I had ordered the hot chocolate powder but seems i ordered the berry version which has annoyed me. Will continue and hope things improve.

Is chocolate drink I take half an hour before bed and I slowly dressed up not taking sleeping tablets but over three weeks is about expensive for myself as I just lost my job I highly recommend this project
