Monthly supply cost is significant but comparable to premium supplements. Best For: - Health-conscious professionals - Athletic performance enthusiasts - Those seeking natural stress management - People following keto/vegan diets - Longevity-focused individuals Not Ideal For: - Budget supplement buyers - Those seeking immediate results - People sensitive to adaptogenic herbs - Those who prefer stronger flavors Usage Tips: - Take consistently for best results - Morning consumption seems most effective - Stay hydrated throughout the day - Can be combined with smoothies - Start with half dose to assess tolerance Month-Long Results: Week 1: Subtle energy improvements Week 2: Better workout recovery Week 3: Improved focus became noticeable Week 4: Cumulative benefits more apparent Would I Buy Again? Yes, but might alternate with other supplements due to cost. The benefits are real but subtle, requiring patience and consistency. Important Notes: - Effects vary significantly person to person - Full benefits take 2-3 weeks to notice - Store in a cool, dry place - Check with healthcare provider if on medications Real Value Discussion: While expensive, the quality of ingredients and comprehensive formula make it a worthwhile investment for those serious about their health and performance optimization. However, budget-conscious consumers might prefer purchasing individual supplements. Bottom Line: A solid, science-backed supplement that delivers on its promises, albeit subtly and over time. The premium price point may be a barrier, but the quality and convenience factor make it worth considering for those invested in their long-term health and performance goals. Remember: This is not a magic solution but rather a tool in your overall health and fitness arsenal. Expectations should be realistic and aligned with a healthy lifestyle.

If it’s on sale, buy it, great deal and all-in-one scoop
Got it on sale, undoubtedly a good product, tastes good when mixed with water, taken with food. Comes with scooper, dry scoop-able, although it is quite a bit, so I wouldn’t recommend it. It can be quite challenging to get it to fully mix in water, has to be stirred for a long time, and even then may still not be fully mixed, so instead I mix it in a small amount of water, then drink it, then add more water, until I’ve gotten all of the particulates. If your buying on Black Friday, it’s hard to get a better deal then this, if even possible, and it’s all just in a scoop, would highly recommend. Bought 3, already used 1, worked great.

Will ABSOLUTELY mess with your gut
I workout regularly (3-5x week) and have been reassessing my weekly stack/supplement use. I have read and heard good things about this Longevity Mix but missed the reports of explosive diarrhea. Apparently the original mix did not do this and was not as rejecting on the body. I’m not sure when the changes were made but I am fairly new to this brand. However, since I have received this mix, I have taken it three times. Each of the three times, I have had explosive diarrhea within 2-4 hours of drinking it while on a very full stomach. As much as I enjoyed the uptick in energy, I can’t continue to experience this level of issue from my gut. Besides this, I wasn’t a fan of how grainy the mix is at the end of a cup. It mixes but there’s quite a bit of sediment/minerals left over.

Blood Orange is the BEST not the Pineapple
I originally tried the blood orange flavor, and it was good so I wanted to try this new flavor of the pineapple and the pineapple is disgusting. For some reason, it gave me the runs. Where’s the other one did not? So now that I’m on my second bag of the blood orange I can honestly say that is the best one I’ve had no issues. I don’t know if it’s doing anything, but it taste good. I have one scoop a day mixed with his collagen and an electrolyte powder for my workouts. But I trust this guy‘s products. I’ve also done my own research which was extensive, and at the end of the day blueprint was still the best. So I’m gonna stick to this even though it’s a little bit expensive.

Easy to use out of bag. Recommend storing in separate container for hands
This bag eats my hand, had to move scoop and powder into different container. Great taste and ever better with tap cold filtered water. Def recommend the frother usb c and waterproof and two layer whisk. First thing to have every morningz the way the bag packaging is slowly growing into “paper cut” fear is irrational but so is the thickness and sharpness of side bag packaging. Not enough to “d*e” but enough to bl88d a lot out! Point is, this Is effective and great quality. Easy to use out of the baggg

Good flavor. No bloating from the creatine which is better than other mixes I've had.
I'm enjoying it. I don't really like the gritty taste of creatine and this masks it pretty well. Mostly for convenience, it's the easiest way to get all of these ingredients in one drink.

Inhalation Risk / Packaging Issue
I want to be clear up front that I think the formulation itself is well thought out. The ingredient selection makes sense, and the product does what it claims nutritionally. My issue is not with what’s in the drink, but with how it’s delivered and handled day to day. The powder is extremely extremely fine, to the point that when you open the bag or scoop from it, a visible dust cloud becomes airborne and you can taste it. This is not particularly subtle. It is very easy to inhale unintentionally, and for me it has caused noticeable sinus irritation during and after handling. I eventually bought a separate container just to reduce this, but the fineness of the powder makes it hard to fully avoid. I strongly suspect this is not an accident or a quality-control problem, but a byproduct of the formulation itself. To uniformly blend a large number of micronized vitamins, amino acids, mineral salts, and compounds like CaAKG, magnesium citrate, lysine HCl, taurine, glycine, etc., you almost certainly have to mill everything very finely. Coarser granulation would likely separate, settle, or mix unevenly. So I understand why the powder is the way it is. That said, the inhalation aspect is a real downside. Many of the ingredients are acidic or salt-form compounds. When fine particles are inhaled, they dissolve immediately on moist airway surfaces, which can mechanically and chemically irritate the nose, throat, and sinuses. I’m not suggesting acute toxicity, but supplements are designed to be ingested, not inhaled, and repeated daily exposure to airborne fine particulate matter is an unnecessary and avoidable health risk. Even if each exposure is small, this is something you’re handling every day, sometimes multiple times a day, and the irritation adds up to a safety / comfort issue. This feels like a packaging and delivery problem, not a product-quality problem. I would strongly recommend a rethink of the packaging to match the physical reality of the powder. Some concrete options that would materially improve safety and usability: • A rigid, hard container instead of a soft bag, with a wide, stable opening that doesn’t collapse and force air out when opened? • A pour-style dispenser, similar to a sugar or protein dispenser, where you pour directly into a cup or scoop rather than digging into the powder and aerosolizing it. • Individual sachets. • A container with a built-in chute or spout, so the powder flows downward rather than upward toward your face. Any of these would significantly reduce airborne dust during normal use. As it stands, I like the formulation enough that I worked around the issue myself by transferring it to a different container, but that shouldn’t be necessary for a premium health product. For something explicitly positioned around longevity and health optimization, minimizing avoidable respiratory exposure seems important? In short: strong formulation, weak delivery. The powder fineness is probably required for the blend, but that makes thoughtful packaging even more critical. I would happily keep using this long-term if the packaging were redesigned to prevent inhalation of fine powder during routine handling.

I recommend
2 months in. I don’t know if it works . But if I’m really getting the benefits listed on the back then I’m ok with continuing using it . I have the red flavor . Yes, it taste awful. But I don’t care what it taste like , as long as I’m getting the supplements listed in the back . I drink once a day . I watched the Bryan Johnson doc on Netflix and I find what he is doing interesting . I do take other supplements as well like boron , fish oils , ashawaganda, magnesium glycinate. I’m am a gym buff and I just want to be healthy . I think the price is fair for what it offers , compared to other product like AG1 which I’m seeing really bad reviews about .
