AMAZING! WELL WORTH THE MONEY!
An amazing FPS controller! Works well for other games too! The instructions are in another language but the pictures helped! I use this controller for Farcry, Bo3, Battlefield and more! It feels wonderful in my hands and the triggers have a very nice feel! 10/10 would buy again!

Good, but compromised.
I have always struggled with the DualShock 4 controller since I got my Playstation 4 on launch day. To me it always felt like an uncomfortable bodge and an iteration of a design that never really worked since the days of the PS2. However, I persisted though the hand cramps, the peeling rubber, the broken L2 buttons, and the terrible battery life as I really loved the PS4 it was attached to. I had done some research on the CronusMax device, that would allow me to use a 360 controller on a PS4 but this never seemed like a robust solution. After seeing and buying the Hori FPS Pro pad, I have to say that I am pleased with it, but it is not the perfect pad so below are the things that I like and don't like:Things I like* The shape - if feels like a 360 pad, although larger and a bit more angular. It is comfortable and fits well within my adult male hands, although I do think that it is a little on the large size and reminds me of the original Xbox pad.* The touch pad - this seems to have been an issue with a lot of 3rd party pads, but here it works flawlessly and feels very much like the one found on the DS4. It depresses with a bit more of a muted clunk then the click of Sony's pad.* The thumb sticks - again, in my opinion these seems to be an upgrade on what can be found on the DS4, although I hope they are more durable. The are a similar height and diameter, although have a proper concaved recess in them unlike the odd hybrid found on the DS4 and again feel more like the 360 stick, although with less resistance and a smaller dead zone.* Buttons - again, they are mostly great. More elevated then their DS4 counterpart, but not as domed as you would find on the 360. They are responsive and feel very robust and are satisfying to press and can be easily found.* Wired - this is either a positive or a negative, I don't mind as the wire is 5m long so range is not an issue. It never needs to be charged and there isn't any input lag, so I would imagine it is good for those who notice that sort of thing.* No rear light - I mean, what is the purpose of that annoying light? This is a definite positive for me, although others may disagree.* Can be used for PS4 and PS3 - 2 controllers for the price of 1.* It's officially licenced - meaning it just works, all of the time!Things I don't like* No rumble - this is an odd omission and one I don't fully understand. I have been used to rumble in controllers since the days of the N64, so to suddenly be without it is a bit of a shame and I believe lessens immersion. If Hori ever do a v2 of this pad then this is the first thing that I would ask to be included, as it would help to remedy my second complaint...* It's way too light - with no rumble motors and not batteries this controller is incredibly light. Not only light, but it feels hollow as well, like holding an easter egg where a bit too much pressure in the wrong place could shatter it. I'm am sure that this is just a perception, but it does feel a bit cheap.* Build quality does seem to be a bit lacking - this is the second one of these I have had, the first one had a L2 button the only worked intermittently from new. Also, the left analogue stick has developed a bit of an annoying click when rotated to a 9 o'clock position.* No headphone jack - for a pad aimed at online FPS players, this was a bit of an odd one to leave out. I would imagine that they did an Apple and it was for cost saving purposes.*Shoulder buttons - the L2 and R2 buttons are no longer analogue triggers, but instead they are digital buttons. Again, I imagine this is great for FPS players, but it is terrible for driving games. You can no longer adjust the throttle and brake to get around the track in the fasted possible time, instead they are either on or off. This again is subjective, but I would have preferred that they were triggers to make the controller more robust for a variety of different games. What isn't subjective it the quality of the L1 and R1 buttons, which are a spongy unresponsive mess and are by far the worst that I have come across in years. These are definitely the weakest part of the controller design. In conclusion, it is a good pad and is far more comfortable than the DualShock 4, if you can put up with some major compromises and the loss of some functionality. The additional features like rapid fire and button remapping do not make up for the lack of some basic essentials, like analogue triggers and rumble.

Good value for money
I've been using this pad for nearly a year now and I haven't had any problems. It does feel a bit cheap but then again it's really good value for money. The instructions are in Japanese but I found a YouTube video that explained how to use it. once you get used to it. The controller is really easy to use.The controller has a button you can press that spams a button without you touching it. It toggles between auto and hold for spamming. it's ideal for shooting games and for auto farming in RPGs...

an alternative
I bought this product for another guy that was having troubles with the PS4 controller that came in the box. This product was a great alternative and tested it and told me that it was way more comfortable than the PS4 controller that came in the box. He was also use to the Xbox One controller which is why it worked better.
