Disappointed – arrived dented and unsuitable as a gift
I ordered the 2-pack of Jacobs Kronung ground coffee intending to give it as a gift, but unfortunately both packs arrived dented and quite scruffy-looking. The coffee itself is great — I’ve enjoyed it before — but the condition of the packaging made it look cheap and damaged, which was really disappointing for a present. The product might be fine for personal use, but if you’re buying this to gift someone, I’d be cautious. Better packaging is definitely needed.
