Perfect item , second purchase

I have both Cloud 9 cumulas (in one bedroom) and now this fitted in another. It feels very suportive. The only difference I find between this and cloud is that Cloud is easier to cut as the paper backing has cutting guide lines on to help keep the cutting straight and the sponge/foam does not have any solid bit of rubber. The Tredaire has bits of hard rubber in the mix which makes it feel like it has dimples. Once the carpet is ontop you cant feel this. I think its to make the inderlay more dence. For the job it does it lays very well and very comfy on the foot. My old underlay was 7/8mm felt and it was as though you were walking on concreat... certainly notice the difference. Great service and fast delivery (next day) Great price too.

I found this underlay to be top quality as i would have expected from a brand like treadaire, it cut nicely and went down easily.The price was very reasonable for the quality of this product, especially if you compare it with the prices the main carpet shops charge for the same stuff, no wonder they offer you free fitting on the condition you buy their underlay!!!,Try fitting it yourself, its really not difficult if you take your time.This Treadaire is super soft underfoot and i would highly recommend it.

Arrived the next day . Good quality underlay nice and thick . Easy to lay would use scissors to cut though as the Stanley knife didn't make a good job ,struggled to cut through (was hacking it) very comftable to walk on, gives carpet a quality feel

Impressed with purchase, easy to lay. Not heavy to manoeuvre and easy to cut. Would definitely buy again 😊

So I’ve got nothing but praise for this underlay so much so I’m looking to buy more for another bedroom. BUT a word of caution, if the carpet you are buying is quite thick as mine was you will have to cut chunks off the bottom of your doors I have had to cut 10mm off of my brand new oak doors. Rising Butt hinges do not raise the door sufficiently to clear the carpet. If you are happy with that I doubt you will find a better underlay for the price and as the sales blurb says it’s what underneath that counts.

Bought my last underlay at B&Q, mistake! This tredaire is twice as thick and much better quality for the same price. Thoroughly recommend
