Works good and easy.

Easy to install keypad deadbolt lock. One touch lock feature works great. Lock mechanism is very smooth. Love that I can give temporary codes to others. Very sturdy. Battery lasts a quite awhile. Can be used to replace any deadbolt so very versatile. Had a different brand lock at my old place which did not close as smoothly. Highly recommend this lock. Also comes with 2 old fashioned keys.

This lock is a step up from the “value” or entry level ones. The quality seems better. It is beefier and smoother to operate. So far the battery life has been good but it’s hard to tell so far. It was easy to install and performs well. No complaints!

Installation was not a big issue, but programming, forget it. Customer service was not helpful. Save yourself sanity and go with Nest.

The lock is well built, programming takes some time and concentration.The software can use some improvement. For example: to Unlock press the code + Lock Button (that's typical). However, to LOCK, its the same procedure (time consuming), whereas with other brands, you simple Press n Hold the Lock button for 2 seconds to lock it. No need to enter the code plus the Lock button. Frustrating!

It works great so far but have only used for two weeks. I use it at my small business. I had a little problem installing it until I realized you could adjust the length of the spindle.
