Great quality phone for an excellent price!
This phone is great! The Battery is super long lasting (almost 3days worth on one charge). The screen is large and super clear and responsive. I think it could use a little more Ram memory and a faster processor, but for the price it beats all other phones that I have used. Bluetooth is quick connecting and so itthe wireless system. The 4G speed is right for this phone, but I wish it had access to 5G also. It takes great pictures and the zoom is good! I have about 50 apps installed on it and it is just as fast now as when I first started ising it. The phone jack is great and all the ports have water/dust covers that are non-removable. It is a little heavy, but is feels tough and secure in my hand. This would be a great contractor phone that looks great to take everywhere!

Better than expected
Due to the lack of reviews and the few that had some complaints I was hesitant but so far I'm very happy with this phone. I have it loaded with apps that are resource heavy and this phone has shown no sign of lagging. Keystrokes are fast and responsive too. Display is clear, bright and natural colors. The battery life has been very good even on YouTube or playing games. Maybe on some super intensive games it will slow down but so far there have been no issues at all. Some have complained about the camera but really I have no complaints about it in video mode or in any of the many photo modes it offers. The image stabilizer is the only complaint but actually I think the phone does much better with it off anyway. But there are a ton of other features like panoramic, slow motion and professional mode that are nice too. Everything is well laid out and easy to access. Sound quality is better than many phones in loud speaker mode as well as phone speaker. Pretty clear and even better with my 3rd party sound enhancement app. Ir blaster is a nice feature to have again and works pretty well. Cell and wifi signals lock on quickly and solid. All data traffic is fast and phone has no problems doing multiple updates at the same time. Also connects to Android auto properly and fast every time. The only thing anyone should be prepared for is this phone has weight to it. Make sure you don't drop it on your face because it will leave a dent but it's nice to have a phone that doesn't bend in your pocket and feels like it will last longer than a year.

Improvement from 1st Ulefone (That I Liked)
I had an Armor 6 prior to this. This is an improvement in just about every way and a bit less expensive. Don't have anything to say that's bad, only had it for 2 days, so it's longevity will tell final story. It's large and weighty (big battery) but if you don't mind, would recommend, and do recommend.

Screen Turns OFF during a call!
UPDATE (07/22/2022) A few days ago, I got a software update. After the software update, my phone behaves crazy during the phone call. For example, when I call someone on WhatsApp, the screen turns off, but the call is in process. Today, my phone called my supervisor on Microsoft Teams, and I couldn't hang up, I am glad the call dropped due to reaching the end of the voice message length after 5 minutes. I lost control of my phone; no way to turn it off or terminate the call. It was very annoying!! The main issue with the phone is: Background applications (Whatsapp, Ring, Outlook, Yahoo, Teams, etc.) keep closing; I checked all settings, but no luck. -FIXED - Sometimes have a hard time sliding the keypad screen up to unlock; it keeps going down repeatedly. - There is no way to remove the OK button on the unlock keypad when entering the password every time you have to hit the OK button to submit the password, which is annoying. -This is an Android 11 issue - The compass is not accurate - FIXED The only thing I love about it is that the battery life is excellent. Update: The seller got contacted me quickly about the issues I have. So, my main problem is that background applications issues have been solved. The support was very active during the troubleshooting, thanks.

Endurance
I bought this for a hiking expedition in South America because I didn't want to risk my daily driver being stolen and needed longer battery life. The Ulefone Power Armor 14 lasted 14 days with low to moderate use. I used the phone frequently as a camera, radio and GPS unit. I am so impressed with the battery life. The fingerprint reader is fast and reliable for me. The built-in radio is great for weather reports when outside of cellular network areas. I do not think you can break this phone. It is bomb proof. The Armor 14 is now my go to adventure phone. I pop my sim card into it whenever I am heading out for a trek or even a long bike ride. If I could change one thing, I'd want a better camera. But since I take a nice camera with me on treks anyway this isn't a big deal. Also, if you are trying to be secure in a foreign county the Armor 14 has a "guest" mode for up to two "guests". This is basically like having a sperate phone that hides your normal accounts, can be in other languages etc.

The Phone Was Full of Promise, Until Things Started to Go Wrong.
When I first bought the phone, I could not believe how fortunate I was to finally get a rugged phone that actually worked. The fixes addressed all the problems I'd experienced with my previous Ulefone rugged phone. After two weeks, I noticed some quirky and really weird behavior. 1. When someone tried to call me the first time, the phone would not ring but would activate either my music player or my Amazon Audible player. This is what the caller was hearing, or they would hear me talking. The phone would never ring, but they would hear these things. Then it did it during an active phone call - you would hear the music in the background for about a minute, then it would stop. 2. Then I noticed the screen became totally unresponsive. Requiring me to turn the phone off and then back until the responsive item worked. 3. I started not getting notifications as I was before. So after a couple of weeks and numerous calls to tech support without receiving a response, I decided to return it and purchase another one in the future to check if the bugs had been fixed.

good phone rugged smart phone.
phone is good and rugged smart phone, you do not have to worry about the battery due to it's huge 10,000 + mah battery, the body is very solid and the performance it excellent. well worth the money spent.

I wish it was better
Not their best work unfortunately. I previously owned a power 13. Really nice phone, heavy but very nice. This one has issues. Voicemail notification don't go away unless I restart the phone. The edges of the screen doesn't respond at times (letters or functions that are close the the edge of the screen). Tech support can't answer when or if they will allow an upgrade to Android 15 (the current version) even though it's a newer phone). I REALLY though you folks did a great job on my first phone. I gave this one a fair shot (beyond a time when I could return it) but I wish it was better. If you want EVEN try steal some market from the Android or Apple you HAVE to do better. Update: The maker did try to make it better by offering a refund but I would have had to buy a new phone and then pay to ship the old one back with no guarantee that my issue would be resolved with the new one and I decided that this was going to be more hassle then I want to deal with. If a product is defective you don't ask your customer to pay to ship back your bad product. My rating stays the same. They tried but it wasn't enough to change my rating.
