Does exactly what it says.Best advice, if you can, remove the window unit to make installation easier, but that may not be practical for most people.Take your time. If it looks like rain that may make installation easier, but you'll get wet.Some mini side cutters are useful for overlapping the seals in places, and for nipping either the seal or grommet to make it easier on corners.Have done 6 windows so far, another 5 to go, and while the seals are now new, the windows will need replacing, as they are worn and have shifted so not closing as they should.

Used on an exterior door and does the job perfectly.Badly needs a little plastic push tool to help feed it into the grooves though because that was painful.Happy enough with it I'm planning to use the rest to re-rubber an office window and possibly a bedroom window too.
