I generally do pre workouts that are a bit more hardcore than c4. I was hesitant because of the price but it raises my bpm and makes me sweat. Gets me through my 90 minute work out. I would buy again

This is definitely a new formula, not good for me, i got this and when i went to the gym i was nauseous the entire time and had to leave early, i was doing everything i could not to throw up everywhere, went home and wasnt there 5 minutes before i threw up everwhere, my buddy was the same way. I do not recommend

Too spicy and stimulating. Always gives me diarrhea. I guess i am not used to the spice levels.

Revision: Ok after going back to the original I actually prefer this one more. Yes it upset my stomach for the first two to three weeks but after that it was fine. It did seem to make me sweat more and kept me in the gym longer. I will definitely buy it again.This stuff is ok but it upsets my stomach sometimes. I don’t really get as much of the pre workout itch with this as I do with the original, and I prefer the itch.

I’m a loyal C4 user—most of their products are staples in my workout routine. This one definitely delivered on the pre-workout punch: energy, focus, and that “I could deadlift a planet” feeling. But the flavor? Oh dear. It was like a creamsicle had an identity crisis and lost the battle against something vaguely citrusy and very confused.I actually ended up dry-scooping it (yes, like some kind of fitness goblin) because mixing it with water only gave the flavor more room to haunt me. If you're a fan of creamsicles, maybe this will hit differently for you. But for me, it was a hard pass in the taste department.Powerful product, just... plug your nose and pray. Sorry, C4—still love you though.
