’ve been really impressed with ELEGOO Matte PLA. The matte finish gives my prints a sleek, professional appearance, which is perfect for display pieces or functional parts that don’t need a shiny look. The filament is easy to print with, and I haven’t run into any major issues like stringing or clogging. Plus, the price is very reasonable, making it a fantastic option if you want great-looking results without spending too much. Overall, this filament has been reliable and high-quality, and it’s now one of my favorite choices for matte-finish prints.

I always find ELEGOO Matte PLA some of nicest Filament to use as a beginer. I have had no problems with clogging, or Adhesion as long as you stick to the directions and the advised temp range you'll be fine. prints in normal pla and the matte pla always have a lovely finish and texture and I have found the Colours to be very consistant. Great value for money and the filament quality is top notch.

Prints as expected and gives a lovely matte cashmere/champagne colour.

Using with a Bambu A1 Mini - works well for printing, though maybe a tad more stringy than the Bambu stuff. Where I did have issues was with the cardboard spool - when the filament gets caught around the edge there's a lot of friction, and it stopped my printer twice mid-print. I printed a spool centre for it that made it easier to turn and that improved things, though I still had it stop when the filament itself was tangled, thought hat was likely a side effect of removing it to print the spool centre with other PLA. With the printed spool centre it's hard to complain about the price.

This is my go-to filament. I like the matte look for surface quality, and it’s really reliable. The price is good for 2 rolls. If you carefully break off the cardboard edges, and trim the notch in the cardboard core, they fit perfectly on the Bambu reusable reels (and the printable versions) so works perfectly in the AMS. Looks great for my custom drawers design for my aquarium.

I spent some time looking for a matte dark blue filament and found this Elegoo PLA on offer. Using the generic PLA profile resulted in a very acceptable print and good adhesion on PEI, and after some minimal calibration I found a hot end temperature of 205C and bed at 60C to give the best results. The colour is perfect for my application, and I think is well represented in the pictures. The (cardboard) spool is nicely wound and the filament seems to be dry with no stringing. The only small complaint is that unlike some other manufacturers the plastic bag that the filament is vacuum packed in is not resealable.

I took a chance and ordered this because I needed something similar in color to Bambu Labs Matte Lilac Purple and I needed it quick and in a hurry. I ran out printing my impatient 9yo daughter an axolotl and since this is one of her fav colors, and BL shipments can range anywhere from 3 days to over a wk, I went this route. I've had really good results with Elegoos neon green PLA+ in the past so I took the chance here, and it paid off! It's nearly identical in color and prints with the exact same settings as the BL matte pla on my BL printers. The neon green did as well. Both have a good deep color saturation and layer lines on her axolotl are almost nonexistent besides the top of the head. I printed the axolotl with a .6 nozzle and I'm sure I could've done more with the variable layer lines but its good enough for us. She's happy so I'm happy. The wife liked the color so much she has me printing her a Stanley cup chapstick holder as we speak, haha. No issues in the AMS either though I will print some spool rings eventually. No issues with snags or serious bends in the cardboard spools binding up the AMS. Fits nice and tight on the A1 Minis AMS Lite as well if anyone was wondering. I did dry it before use but I believe it would've been just fine out of the box. 10 out of 10 will buy again. I'll add a cpl pix of prints in the green as well. FYI: The purple pairs well with my daughters 2nd fav color, hot pink. Haha

Colore uniforme: il blu ghiaccio è molto elegante e resta identico dal primo all’ultimo metro di filamento. Bobina ben confezionata: sigillata sottovuoto con essiccante, il filamento arriva perfettamente asciutto. 👎 Cosa migliorerei Fragilità tipica del PLA opaco: rispetto a un PLA+ tradizionale è un po’ più rigido, quindi meno indicato per parti che subiscono urti. Temperatura precisa necessaria: per la migliore resa va stampato a 200-205 °C, se troppo caldo perde un po’ di opacità. 🧪 Esperienza personale L’ho usato per stampare supporti per elettronica e parti estetiche per un case di progetto: il risultato è stato eccellente, con superfici omogenee e dall’aspetto satinato. Anche a layer 0,2 mm e velocità 60 mm/s la qualità è molto alta. Non ho avuto problemi di stringing e la bobina si è svolta senza intoppi fino alla fine. 💡 Consigli per altri utenti Se volete il massimo effetto opaco, stampate con ventola al 100 % e velocità moderata (40-50 mm/s). Conservate il filamento in contenitore chiuso con essiccante per mantenere costante la qualità. 💡 Consiglio per il produttore Un indicatore graduato sulla bobina per controllare la quantità residua sarebbe molto comodo, specialmente per stampe lunghe. #Amazon Vine: Disponibile a essere selezionato

Filament de qualité, le rendu des couleurs est fidèle à ce que j'attendais ! Finalement selon l'éclairage le rendu du matte est quelque peu satiné mais personnellement ça ne me pose aucun souci. Il laisse très peu entrevoir les lignes de couche au autres défauts d'impression. La bobine est arrivé comme toujours dans un emballage sous vide avec un sachet de bille de silice à l'intérieur. Je n'ai pas eu besoin de sécher la bobine avant impression, je l'ai mise dans l'AMS de bambu et lancé l'impression... c'est sorti tel que sur la photo ! Aucun problème concernant Elegoo, je n'ai jamais été déçu. - Les bobines sont toujours bien enroulées. - Les +/- 0.02 sont toujours respectés. - Jamais eu de souci de filament humide ou cassant. - Aucune buse bouchée avec cette marque personnellement. En résumé : Je recommande si vous cherchez la même teinte de violet que moi ou même une autre couleur, jamais déçu avec leurs bobines.

Filamento con acabado mate de 1.75 mm en color gris que he utilizado en la impresora Bambu Lab A1 y la verdad es que me ha sorprendido para bien. El tono gris mate queda increíble en piezas decorativas y también en piezas funcionales, con un acabado muy uniforme que le da un aspecto profesional sin esfuerzo. En cuanto al producto, destacar que la extrusión es estable, no he tenido ni atascos ni problemas de adherencia, y la precisión dimensional se nota: todas las piezas han encajado a la primera. Además, el carrete viene bien enrollado y mantiene una calidad constante durante toda la impresión. Por el precio que tiene, es un auténtico lujo encontrar un PLA que funcione así de bien.
