Perfect for your Kala IR/NIR. I can stare directly into the light without squinting. But please don't do that.

I bought a large red light that came with glasses, I got these as a second pair. these blow the other pair out of the park. They are SO DARK! My eyes don't hurt at all with them on, I even fell asleep. 10/10 for no eye damage.

I’m so glad I got these red light glasses for the Total Body Enhancement machine at Planet Fitness! They’re super lightweight and really comfortable. They work well I have light colored eyes and they provide the protection. I was looking for. They are very light and comfortable.

True black lenses. They fit well and I feel they will be more protective than the goggles some people are using. These aren't sunglasses but true blackout lenses and the red light therapy sessions in these glasses will be more relaxing as I won't be so worried about eye damage.
