I like that it doesn't make my skin look greasy nor feel greasy. Great protection also.

I’ve using Tazorac and AHA/BHAs regularly for some years now, so sunscreen has always been a MUST. However, even after a lot of sunscreen brands improved in their formulations for darker skin tones (no more white cast) most sunscreens for darker skin give a “dewy” look which made my already oily/shiny skin look super greasy. Yuck! Make It Matte is matte and STAYS matte- even after reapplication! It goes on smoothly, & works excellently over make up. I’ll continue to purchase as long the formulation stays the same. 10/10 recommend for those looking for a good sunscreen that give full matte

It’s a bit pricey yes, but if you have darker complexion and don’t like looking pasty and ghostly when using main brand sunscreen this is for you, my partner is dark and he only uses this for his face, and I’ve used it myself it works great and it feels super nice and matte and not greasy on the face. It almost disappears on the skin and I love the lightweight feel! There’s no tint it’s almost like a clear matte cream, and it feels dry on the skin

I had to edit my review because of how fast my skin got used to this sun screen and it stopped producing the great matting effect like it did almost 1 month ago... I'm Black with dark skin, large and oily pores. I like it because it goes on so smoothly, the consistency kind of reminds me of aloe vera gel, and its matting effect doesn't turn me ashy or dull. But there is a moderate amount of pilling with both my gel and cream moisturizer unless you apply it like right after you put on your moisturizer. Often though, I'm not leaving the house right after I apply my morning moisturizers, so I tend to wait until afternoon or just before I leave the house to put this sunscreen on, then it pills. Kind of annoying. Overall though a very affordable sunscreen for brown and Black people, and I do still recommend it

This sunscreen is a game changer! It’s truly matte, just like the label says, and applies like butter—so smooth and effortless. It doesn’t leave a white cast and feels great on the skin. Best of all, it lasts all day without feeling heavy or greasy. Highly recommend!

It arrived very runny but after shaking & allowing it to set, the texture was like the jelly the use for an ultrasound lol (which I preferred). Keeps me matte for most of the day before my oil skin takes control. I use this on my face only. I like it.

You receive a gold top closer not black top. The top begins to peel and gets on your hand and face. The product is good!
