A great buy if only the price was sub 1K. Nevertheless a professional tool for every kitchen. It does the job just right to keep your knives sharp or rather too sharp and you need to be careful with them.

J'ai toujours utilisé du Victorinox dans le cadre professionnel et aujourd'hui dans le cadre personnel, car c'est une marque suisse reconnue pour sa qualité et son bon rapport qualité-prix. Cet aiguiseur est simple d'utilisation et vraiment pratique au quotidien: pas besoin de frotter le couteau pendant 5 minutes, quelques allers-retours suffisent pour retrouver un bon tranchant. Je recommande de prendre le grand modèle, qui offre une meilleure prise en main. Cela fait maintenant 6 mois que je l'utilise et j'en suis très satisfait.
