Writting this review after 3 years of purchase..please dont fall for ratings in amazon about this mixer grinder. In short time about one year the motor got burnt and busted. Then i got it replaced under warranty..service is not the best as it takes time to replace motor as they have to order it. Then it took about a month to replace it...and 1 chutney jar also had issue..they replaced it.and now after 2 years again started burning smell and motor again burnt..and this time its out of warranty..technician told me that i need to pay 1800 for replacing it...we two people are in home and there is not much of mixer grinder usage here.still getting complaints like this is real head ache..better go for some other reliable brand.
