Query: is the pan supposed to the slightly bulged inwards ...
Ok with the whole deal so far. Compared to the earlier non stick pans that we had earlier, this one is a little different in the sense that the pan is slightly convex in shape ... the center of the pan is slightly bulged inwards ... so when oil is poured into the pan it tends to flow outwards to the periphery ... is this how it is supposed to be? The 2nd pan that we ordered along with this (prestige ceraglide ceramic coated 28cm non stickfry pan) is also same. Everything else is fine. Delivery was made as scheduled.

Wonderful dosa tawa
I used it to prepare dosa for the first time in life. I was scared.. but this tawa did wonder for a beginner like me... It was best even without oil or butter.So full 5 Star rating from me.
