Not too big. No taste. You some then like regular pills. I'm not sure what else to say.

No dislikes.

I’ve been taking these about a year now, I have not noticed any increase of hair or texture. As a woman I was hoping for any kind of difference.

This is not a good product! I will not buy it again

This product is Fairley easy to swallow. Has no taste. It did help in strong Nail growth, however, our bodies naturally produce Biotin through B vitamins. I was having hair loss and thining, and thought I needed more Biotin, when I actually needed Kerotin. I tried taking the 2 together, but did not get Hair results until, I stopped taking the Biotin, and only continued with Kerotin. If you don't have a Biotin deficiency, you don't need to take.
