These are amazing so far. I have a lot of anxiety ptsd, etc. A laundry list. And these do work! Very happy with them so far and I've o ly been taking them a few days so far. Haven't changed anything else except starting these and noticing such a difference and such a calm after I take them. It's very rare for me to ever feel just completely relaxed. These get me there.

I don't know about the taste but it is a great value for your money because of the fact it has so many ingredients in it to help with your health and mental well-being also ingredients to help with sleep

This product has worked great for me!! It's says to take it two hours before bed, but it works within the hour, relaxing my to the point of falling asleep easily and sleeping throughout the night. Even when I have to get up to go to the bathroom, I fall back asleep when I get back in bed!!! I'm going through menopause and my sleep has been disturbed because of hot flashes and just general insomnia, but this had help tremendously!!

I can't give the full 5 stars yet because tonight is the first time I have taken it. My Dr recommended I take a cortisol manager. The one he recommended, I took for 1 month, and I didn't see any changes. It also had fillers like magnesium stearate and others, which I didn't like. I saw the ingredients in this one and liked what I saw, so I'm hoping it is going to help relax my muscles while I sleep, due to fibromyalgia. Idk if this is exactly what a cortisol manager is usually used for, but my Dr said it may help me.

I was skeptical. Not sure if it is doing anything for cortisol but it definitely helps me sleep and can calm the crazies when I am having anxiety.

I have been taking this pills for a month now and for me they work great. I take two pills with my dinner and I see that I can sleep faster and better.

I don’t know why but usually I can take anything and get good results but with this it have me headaches. I stopped taking them and the headaches went away so I know it was this product causing them. It’s just not for me I guess so sad!

I’ve done my research on cortisol management and this product has significantly helped me so far. My anxiety, sleep, and stress levels are improving and I’m only five days in. I look forward to adding them to my daily routine.Good value and nice quality. I recommend.
