I ordered this product after reading the prodcut description in Amazaon which reads as as follows-Students construct two complete dna segments with this set-The components consist of four nucleic acid bases: cyto-sine, adenine, guanine and thymine, that sine, adenine, guanine and thymine, that are made so only the proper bases fit together-Includes 48 bases, four strand, two supporting rods with pedestals and illustrated instructions.But, What I received was just a pre-fixed model (not a learning model). The strands and the bases were fixed to a stell rod with screws and cannot be dismantled. There were no two strands, no two supporting bases, or 48 bases!!
