It does exactly what it says. So far, I have no complaints. It was easy to install. I love how it comes with supported strips to use for the first few days to help it stay in place until it is fully secure, which is in about 48 hours. Though, I have been lazy and not taken them off yet, a month later.

They have difficulties sticking on cold surfaces

Have this sticky pad for about a year with no issue whatsoever. Its holding my dash camera to the windshield. Ive had no thoughts or worries it will fall in the texas heat. Should most definately hold more weight with the generous surface area.

I bought these to stick my windshield camera on the glass since the camera manufacturer's sticky things just wouldn't hold it up. No good. It held onto the glass just fine but would NOT hold on the plastic camera mount. I tried many different products and methods, all failed. I ended up super-gluing a magnet to the camera mount and sticking the other magnet to the remaining 3M sticky thing on the windshield, and so far so good. EDIT 6/30/2025: THE COMPANY WAS KIND ENOUGH TO REFUND MY PURCHASE IN FULL DESPITE THE FACT THAT I HADN'T READ THE DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY WHICH TELLS US TO WAITH 48 HOURS BEFORE MOUNTING! VERY IMPORTANT!

Item was delivered quickly and was well packaged. After cutting a piece down to re-install my Vantrue 5 Dashcam, it seemed to have secured well initially, but when I looked at the outside of the windshield, was disappointed to see a light colored GRAY foam versus a black foam that wouldn’t be as noticeable. I pulled it down and started my search again for a suitable black foam adhesive for my dash cams. This was just wasted money for me.

I cut the pad to replace the existing adhesive in my dash cam. It was the right thickness and stuck very well to my windshield. I've been using it since the summer and it hasn't moved a bit.

This works perfectly for the dashcam. The cheap white adhesive pad did not work. The expensive pattex adhesive pad did not work. Also gel glue did not work. But this black pad holds perfectly. The old adhesive lasted 4 years.
