Only had it 5 days but I’m starting to see improvements in dark spots. I have some facial acne scars and it will take longer to soften them and I am hopeful about that. I do 20 mid. Before I slide under it, I moisturize my skin for penetration of skincare. Every day I do a Different color and will just keep rotating colors. I also place my hands above my chest so it gets the LIght also in the session. I put on meditation music too and I Zone out for 20 minutes. Great!

I've had this product for nearly a week now and I love using it. It's easy to put together and operate. It's nice using it after a long days of work and just laying there relaxing. I haven't used it enough to make a major difference, but I do notice that my skin is a lot brighter and looks refreshed after I use it. I like it so far! Will do a major update later after a month.

I am very happy with this unit. I love red light therapy and use it often for pain relief. The unit is well made and allows for comfort and relaxation while using different colors of light to help rejuvenate the skin, smooth the complexion or help eliminate wrinkles.
