Good morning and thank you for asking! Our bottles come with an orifice reducer that sits inside the opening of the bottle. This allows the oil to dispense one drop at a time. I hope this helps!

Yes. It says Essential Oil right under the name, "Plant Therapy" .

Q: Can I use this undiluted for toenail fungus and if not, what do I dilute it with?

Yes. I've used it undiluted on toenails before. Just one drop (or two if it's the big toe). Melaleuca can be used neat (meaning straight from the bottle, undiluted). However, if you prefer to use it diluted, you can dilute with any carrier oil (my preference is apricot kernel oil or coconut oil).
