I loved this so much that I have bought it twice now! (Second one was a gift) the camera is very high quality, it’s easy to set up. The adhesive holds up VERY well even in -20 F. The instructions are clear & it’s very easy to navigate through the buttons even if you forget later on! The first one I had for about 1 1/2 years so far & is still great! I HIGHLY recommend this one as I have looked at many others & this is a good price for everything you get with it! Your life is priceless don’t be cheap with a camera! I had this camera in both Texas & Minnesota so that’s a good judge for weather wise! It does great in all snow, rain, shine, & night! The rear camera is also a full 360 swivel so you can adjust it to your liking!

It's been 14 months since I had this installed. It works well and never failed (at least, not yet.....). Easy to download the clips and navigating through settings is user friendly and intuitive. The quality of the video is good and sufficient for its intended use. I had one firmware update and it did cause an issue. But the tech team helped me resolve the issue quickly. But overall, this device is great value for dual dash cam. I have seen some other websites (presumably not unbiased) promoting various other brands, but I would stick with this brand for sure.

Product was initially exactly what we were looking for. The functionality, quality of the camera, mounting hardware, and associated APP were straight forward and relatively easy to install and get working properly. The associated APP made it relatively easy to control the cameras and download pictures/video when needed. We ended up buying a total of three of these to install in our vehicles based on our initial evaluation of the product. Unfortunately there have been updates to the APP that apparently prevent us from connecting to or downloading video from the cameras as we did initially. Efforts to try and log back into our Rove online account and reconnect the cameras has proved fruitless and thus far we’ve heard nothing back from Rove’s customer service folks. After some internet searches it appears that we are not alone with regard to loosing access via the IPhone APP. There are other dash camera options available and I would certainly look at those other options very carefully. It’s very frustrating to be dependent on a company that apparently uses cut-rate software/firmware development teams to support the functionality of their product; my fear is that it is going to be a recurring problem. Update: I was eventually able to get all three cameras back on-line and working with the phone APP which is key to making good/easy use of these cameras. This involved finding the camera serial numbers which is stored inside the cameras, researching the Amazon order information to find the original order dates and order numbers and reregistering the cameras using the ROVE APP. It worked to get me back on line but was certainly frustrating to have to do this because of an update that they pushed. This said the functionality and quality of the camera itself appears to be good.

I just purchased the Rove R2-4K Dual Dash Cam this week and have not had time to evaluate the Dual yet. However, I purchased the R2-4k little over two years ago and have been very satisfied with it and it’s the reason I purchased another Rove Dash Cam for myself. Installation of both has been quite easy although installing the rear camera in a 2023 Silverado can be somewhat of a challenge getting the wiring under the trim of the vehicle. I did have some issues with connecting the Dash Cam to the Rove App. I’m still old school so I still have an IPhone SE 3rd Generation which has quite of a small screen, so when prompted in the App to Tap the Green Button which is (Yes Go Next), I couldn’t because only a tiny bit of green was showing and If you tried pinching to make it smaller or moving the screen up, then the button would not work but tapping just the tiny bit of the green button and it did work. I was a little concerned when I tried calling Tech Support and finding out that you had to either email the help desk or text your issues to them. So, I text them and in less than 1 minute Jennifer responded the help with my issues. I was very impressed with her quick response and eagerness to solve my problem. Both cameras are up and running and I may purchase a third. The video quality and sound are very clear, and the wide-angle view captures everything you would need in the event of an accident. I’ve been so pleased with the Rove Dash Cam that when I retired, I purchased three for my staff members when I left. So, to date I’ve purchased a total of five Rove Dash Cams. (Good Quality Dash Cam), (Good Customer Service) and when I purchased the Rove Dual on Amazon it was at my door in less than 3 hours. I would definitely buy again and recommend the Rove Dash Cam R2 4K and Dual to a friend. Sometime that little bit of security is key.

Im impressed by the quality and simplicity of this setup. I perched the hardwired kit from Rove and I think it is a better way to go. I installed the camera kit in a Sorento 2025. the provide wire for the rear camera in the ward-wire kit is adequate length by fishing the wire underneath the scuff plate without removing trim. Everything you need comes in the kit. Even the fuse holder that works flawlessly and rapidly. I was amazed by the small multimeter/test light being provided in the hard-wired kit the work like a charm. Great quality video with the front and the rear camera. The Rove app is user friendly and you do not need university degree to be able to navigate and setting up all the parameters via your phone. Whit the built in wifi it is easy to access your footage in case of emergency or provide as proof of imbecility of other drivers 😇. The built in gps provides precise positioning wen properly enter the gps tine zone.

Good product, recommended for everyone, all functions are good, mobile application working perfectly, memory card also added with package, no additional items to buy.

Excellent product, well packaged with all components required for easy install and operation. Well written comprehensive manual and quick access QR codes to site/ registration etc. Additional app for GPS viewing with extra details on laptop very handy Highly recommended
