These are an essential part of my health regimen. I mix this in coffee, my salads, and the occasional smoothie. It's a great value over fresh mushrooms, or caps.

Poor construction of the bag but Amazon took care of it.

Was as expected, except that sometimes it is difficult to dissolve in liquid.

I bought this because the other white button powder provider which has no additive but it’s not available right now. This supplement has about 12% additive to “improve” the flavor. But after tried several days, it tastes a little bit bitter. I don’t know if the brown color is also caused by the additive. I prefer the pure white button (agaricus bisporus). I’ve asked the product support about the bitter taste issue. No specific response other than an official statement. Drop to 1 star rating.

Sticky! It has dextrose in it. Probably keeps the dust to a minimum. Kind of a mess when filling capsules. This is the only pre-powdered mushroom I have used so I don't know about other brands.

not organic- can't taste it in my smoothie or my husband's, which is a plus I guess (he hates the taste of mushrooms)
