I absolutely love this red light therapy lamp! From the moment I set it up, which required not tools and was very quick I could tell that it was high quailty! It has an adjustable stand which makes it great for myself and my wife to change it as needed. It allows me to target different areas of the body like my back, shoulders and knees without any awkward angles. I am able to use this right at home while I read or relax and the light panel is large which gives off a consistent and even glow. I feel like the combination of red light and infrared light will really make a difference with continued use. I have used this for about a week now and can already tell that it is improving my overall wellness and skin texture. This red light is wonderful. It gets hot if you leave it on for too long, but it is truly easy to use. The stand and the flexibility can sometimes be a bit jenky, but it is good enough to use and make work. I have noticed improvements in my skin when I use it with methylene blend copper peptides. Be very careful when using this with the provided glasses as those glasses are not actually meant to block out these high level infrared rays. Please get tanning bed goggles meant to block out these high level rays because my friend got a panel just like mine and started noticing his vision getting blurry and found out from the optometrist that it was searing his eyes! It almost caused permanent damage. Ultimately this brand and all others should include the proper safe eyewear, but they don’t, so I definitely feel it’s important for people to inform themselves

First, the set up was very simple. Last year, u purchased a red light therapy lamp and it was a little overwhelming in size and just not what I wanted so I returned it. This year, I ran across this product during the Cyber Monday sales, read the reviews, and thought I would give it a try. The lamp isn’t overwhelmingly large and works really well at my work desk so I can use it before I get my day started. I love that the base has a foam pad on the bottom to protect the metal from my floor and it slides right under my desk and pretty much any furniture I would want to use it at which means less space is taken up overall. It’s pretty easy to use. One simple on and off switch and the cord clips keep the cord, which has a decent amount of length, all tidy. The lamp comes with a pair of protective glasses as well that are not to bothersome to wear. I do plan on keeping my new red light therapy lamp and updating my review if there are any issues in the future. Overall, I’m pretty happy with my purchase.

The light is bright and warms the body a little when used. It isn’t super stable on carpet but the instructions do advise to put something heavy on the base so it doesn’t easily tip over. The light portion while not very big is still very effective. The flexibility in the pole is also a great feature. It’s very easy to set up and use

The product came in well packaged and was easy to set up. As described do you do receive pretty cute eye protection sunglasses, a sturdy lamp with an easily adjustable, bendy frame for use (personally my favorite part that made it stand out from the rest). The on and off switch he's also smooth and easy as well. I purchased this for pain and cosmetic purposes. I believe it's working, personally I've noticed a huge difference in migraines, skin texture and with pain and swelling.
