I buy these banjo strings often. I find for the price they are fine. I may have to change them week sooner than more expensive brands, but that may be due to playing harder and more often. Overall, they are good playing strings.

Bought these to play old time/folk on a Deering Goodtime open back using clawhammer and two finger thumb lead. Tone is just perfect and projection is plenty. I’ve since upgraded the banjo, but the strings came along. Definitely my favorite steel set up.

The picture in this listing shows guitar strings and not banjo but I still ordered them. They were banjo strings as stated, just the picture was wrong. These are my husband's favorite strings.
