Good quality and JB fragrance
The sweat resistance, size, and deodorant quality are all great. I really like the Jack Black fragrance and this deodorant has that fragrance. It’s easy to apply and doesn’t require much. This is my first time using and the price is a bit high but it may last longer than traditional deodorant. I will buy again 👍.

Powerful Protection with a Great Scent
The Jack Black Pit Boss Antiperspirant & Deodorant delivers exactly what it promises — strong, all-day protection without any irritation. The scent is fresh and masculine without being overpowering, and it keeps me feeling confident through long workdays and workouts. It goes on smoothly, doesn’t leave residue on clothes, and hasn’t caused any irritation for my skin. If you want a high-quality antiperspirant that actually works and smells great, this is a top choice. Highly recommend!

Great premium deodorant
Great premium deodorant. There are a lot of great things about this deodorant. First of all, it smells great. The smell lasts a really long time. It’s easy to wash off and doesn’t stick to your skin or hair. It’s a little pricey, but it’s worth it if you want something a little better than what you can find on the shelf at your local drugstore.

Lasts a long time.
Strong smell and very effective deodorant/antiperspirant. A little goes a long way. Four stars because for the price I was hoping for a scent similar to some of the other JB products; it’s not bad, just doesn’t smell like any of their other products.

A Pricey, But Powerful Antiperspirant & Deodorant That Delivers
In the realm of grooming essentials, finding the perfect antiperspirant and deodorant can feel like a quest. For me, that quest came to a satisfying end with Jack Black Pit Boss. While it's on the expensive side, at $21 a stick, it's the only one that truly works for me. Pros: Unparalleled Effectiveness: When it comes to keeping sweat and odor at bay, Pit Boss reigns supreme. It's the only antiperspirant and deodorant that has managed to stand up to my active lifestyle and keep me fresh throughout the day. Gentle on the Skin: Not only is Pit Boss effective, but it's also kind to your skin. I've experienced no irritation or discomfort, even after rigorous workouts. Pleasant Scent: The scent is just right—noticeable but not overpowering. It strikes a perfect balance between being fresh and subtle, making it suitable for daily wear. Reliable Performance: I used to be a fan of Molton Brown, but after their reformulation, it lost its effectiveness on my skin. Jack Black Pit Boss, on the other hand, has remained consistent in its performance. Cons: Now, let's dive into the cons, because no product is perfect: Pricey Tag: There's no sugarcoating it—Pit Boss is expensive. At $21 per stick, it can be tough on the wallet. However, the results it delivers make it worth the investment, especially if you've struggled with other products. Clumping Issue: It's vital to apply Pit Boss sparingly. If you get a little heavy-handed, it can clump up in your underarms, which can be a bit uncomfortable. Summer Heat Challenge: Be cautious when ordering this product during the scorching summer months. In high heat, it tends to become a bit liquefied. Storing it in a cool place can help combat this issue. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ In conclusion, Jack Black Pit Boss is a high-performing antiperspirant and deodorant that, while a bit tough on the wallet, is worth every penny. It's the only product that has consistently kept me dry and odor-free. If you've had trouble finding a reliable solution for underarm sweat and odor, give Pit Boss a try. Just remember to apply it sparingly, store it wisely in the summer, and be prepared to invest a little more for a top-tier product. It's the pit protector that delivers where it matters most.

Ladies, Don’t Let the “For Men” Label Scare You—This Stuff Works!
Okay, so it says Jack Black Pit Boss Antiperspirant is made for men. Big deal. So are power tools and cargo space, and I like those too. I’ve been using this for months now, and I’m honestly never going back to the typical floral-scented stuff. The scent is clean, subtle, and somehow makes me feel like I’ve got my life together—even when I don’t. And no, I absolutely do not smell like a man. I smell like someone who’s fresh, confident, and definitely not sweating through her shirt. This stuff lasts all day. I’m talking 8 a.m. meetings, lunchtime errands, and late-night dance-in-the-kitchen sessions—still dry. Still smelling good. And here's the kicker: no white streaks, no yellow stains. My clothes remain blissfully unaware that I even wear deodorant. Bottom line: If you're a woman wondering if you can pull this off, the answer is a resounding YES. Your armpits deserve this level of greatness.

Great for sensitive skin
By far the best deodorant I’ve ever used. I have sensitive skin and had no problem using this month after month. Smell is great and it lasts all day, doesn’t stain cloths either.

Scent is underwhelming
I purchased this deodorant after wanting to swap out my usual degree antiperspirant for something nicer, particularly in the scent department. I already knew that I wanted antiperspirant and aluminum has always worked best for me. A nice smell and better formula is certainly worth a luxury price point to me. I had recently swapped my usual soap to the Baxter exfoliating bar in cedar and oak moss, which has an amazing scent. However, they do not sell antiperspirants. I looked up a bunch of reviews for some of the best smelling "luxury" deodorants in hopes to find something that smells better than my usual Degree antiperspirant, and this one came up several times. I took a chance and ordered it. This product's smell is so underwhelming at its price point. It doesn't smell musky, fresh, woodsy or anything that's pleasantly masculine scented. It smells like something my grandpa would wear. It's very plain with a faint, basic shaving cream smell. And not even a nice shaving cream, one of the cheap ones. The most upsetting part is I made a strong effort to try and find out what the scent of this was. It's not listed clearly here on Amazon, Jack Black's website, or any of the other sites I found that listed this as "one of the top ten men's best smelling antiperspirants." But I guess that's appropriate since that's what the scent is: nonexistent. As an antiperspirant, it works just fine at doing that--although that's no surprise because it has aluminum in it. Packaging is okay, the logo/branding are a bit cliche and ugly, so there's that. Overall, really disappointed. If I could have ordered something else, I would have. However, hindsight is 20/20. Maybe I'm a bit too scathing; it's probably just because I'm out $20 bucks at this point. Stay away if you actually like to smell nice. Just buy Degree or a different brand instead. If anyone has any better "luxury" antiperspirants that smell nice and have aluminum I'd love to know. ———— UPDATE 1/10/22: Duke Cannon Trench Warfare antiperspirants are my go to nowadays, about $7-9 USD. And I wouldn’t even say they’re a luxury price point. My favorite is the Amber + Sandalwood, and the second best is the Bergamot + Black Pepper. Target used to be the best place to get them but lately had a hard time finding them there. Bed, bath, and beyond as well as Walgreens will sometimes have them at reasonable prices.
