Powell P Rat Bones Black 85a 60mm Skateboard Wheels

Same quality I always expect from Powell Peralta. I'm finally picking up speed again! That's really all I got to say about this product, Bones are Bones.

These are buttery smooth for cruising city streets and sidewalks. If you skateboarded in the 1980's, these are like what you used to ride. They are a big 60mm diameter and they are wide to. It is what we used to consider a street wheel, but is huge by modern skateboard standards. Plus, they are perfect for that vintage look to your retro cruiser. These are halfway between today's longboard wheels and more modern skateboard wheels. I am an old skateboarder. I have restarted recently, and got a modern skateboard with modern skateboard wheels. Modern skateboard wheels are super hard and small. This offers a performance benefit, but makes them very uncomfortable for typical city streets and sidewalks. They will rattle your teeth, make your feet numb. Until I got the Rat Bones, i just thought I was getting old and grumpy. When I got the Rat Bones, it was a trip down memory lane. Really smooth. Being larger and softer, they roll over some bumps and rocks that the small hard wheels would hang up on (and throw you to the ground).

Im new to skateboarding and found that these wheels make it easier to travel on rough as well as smooth terrain. They are very quiet and smooth, highly recommend!
