Really helps me relax and sleep

This really does work. I tend to use this immediately after dinner between 6/7pm. I get a good night sleep and the lethargic feeling from tiredness has also reduced.Like everything, it gets to a point where you feel it's not as effective but it is. It's definitely worth buying.

Worked perfectly. Helped with deep sleep causing my body to have time to heal and recover from day before.

When I received this, I was disappointed to learn that this is not as advertised as 400mg of elemental magnesium, it's actually only 72mg. there's small print on the bottle not shown in pictures here or even listed in the description. Can't return as I opened them due to them looking small. Checked the actual tub and discovered I'd been mislead so now need to take more to make up for what I should actually be taking for my needs.

I think they are doing the job but it’s no harm in tryingI take prescription that helps me sleep I guess if I wasn’t taking meds I maybe able to see their potential a bit clearer

It still contains magnesium oxide....not happy with that
