This thing is pretty cool. If you’ve ever rolled on a tennis ball for back relief, this is pretty similar. You’re just going to lay on it and do stretches on it, and the built in balls will hit your spine in certain spots. You can take it right out of the box and use it, there’s no set-up. It’s very easy to use and the possibilities are endless for the kinds of stretches you can do on it. I find it works well for pain-relief. My boyfriend is taller than me and it’s also long enough for him to use. I would recommend to others.

Wow we love this thing! I love that it doesn't require batteries or a plug. You use the weight of your body to help relief your tension. It is intense and it's what we needed to knead through the fascia. If you can't take the pressure you can put a towel or blanket over it to help add some cushion. The length is great and I'd like it there was one a little longer but it seems that applying the pressure to many points at once helps to relieve tension faster and makes it more long lasting. When I feel a headache coming on, I lay down for 3 - 5 minutes and feel the relief. I like how I can position my body as I wish, either laying down or sitting, back, belly, legs, arms, any position you need to relieve can achieved. I don't know about the longevity of the fabric but it does seem very well made and strong. It would be nice if you could open it and remove an inner insert so that you could clean the outer portion but hopefully it won't get too dirty. Clever design, easy to use, works with any body height and feels great.

it's true what was said in another review about it not touching the lower back, but this can be fixed by putting a towel under that area. I mean, obvs, a back is curved. anyway, for me, I'm used to all sorts of back work, so this doesn't hurt me at all. i actually thought the balls would be smaller. they are about tennis-ball size. i do think this contraption helps because I get tight along my spine. no one else in my family can tolerate it. they think i'm crazy. what you need to do over this thing is to relax and let your muscles melt over this, which is hard if you back is chronically tight. It takes time to condition your back. i still like my miracle balls as the best back relief device.

I love this item! Yes, the balls are hard and you might be a little sore the next day, but with proper use, this item offers a very easy way to massage and stimulate sore back and shoulder muscles. Position it different ways to gently roll and work different areas of your hips, back, and shoulders. Use it for a few minutes every day. Easy to transport and store. I wish I had found this item sooner!

This spine strecher is incredible! It is so easy to use and provides me with so much comfort! It is gentle, long so it covers my spine and feels delightful. I will lay here and use this for about 5-10 mins, and I feel so great when I stand up. My spine is streched out and I feel so much more relaxed. This is only having a positive impact on me!

This is well made and very light. The balls are firm and do not collapse under weight. However, I was hoping for something that worked in the same way as my 30 year old Ma Roller, only could do my entire back at once. This is not it. I suppose because the entire back rests on it at once, no one ball can get deep enough to do any good. I tried all sorts of different ways of positioning myself and could never get enough pressure on any part of my back. I am tall and slim, though, so it may work better for someone heavier. Also, this thing is very long. There was no way for me to lie on it without having my head on the balls or having them under my rear, neither of which was helpful to trying to get enough pressure on my back. I wanted to love this, but I’m returning it because it simply doesn’t do anything for me. If you have never used this type of deep pressure tool, it might perhaps be a good intro, but if you have been doing this type of work for any length of time, this just doesn’t provide sufficient pressure to be effective.

I laid on this stretcher and immediately felt relief in my back. The tension eased, my muscles relaxed, and it gave me such a pleasant, soothing feeling. A great option for quick relaxation after a long day.

Edited. I originally rated this product 3 stars but I changed it to 4 due to customer service reaching out to me. The company is excellent, and I would not be afraid to try any of their other products in the future. Original review: I bought this because I was looking for a cheaper alternative to the spinefitter. This works ok but I prefer the spinefitter. The balls used in this are much harder than I expected. It is painful to use initially but if you can get past the pain for 5-10 minutes then it eventually does start to feel better. It does help my spine feel more aligned. My biggest disappointment is that it doesn’t stretch the neck too. Since it is made of fabric, the balls are able to shift around to a certain degree. Therefore when lying down the balls on the end that in theory should stretch the neck just move and compress into the next set and don’t provide any stretch.

This seems well made, and I think would be plenty long enough for anyone’s back regardless of height. It didn’t quite end up being what I needed for my issue, but that’s not to say that it won’t be exactly what someone else might need! If you are considering this product as a potential upgrade from a “peanut” ball, or two lacrosse balls in a tube, it’s worth noting that you can roll your back along on those products, whereas the balls in this product can’t roll due to being all connected in a line.
