I bought this for my 2018 Buick Regal Sportback. It works amazing and made it so the autostop did not work anymore. No check engine light and took maybe 5mins to install. On mine you just have to have a trim removal tool to remove the plastic shroud above the radiator and then look down by the radiator fan to remove the clip and put this in between the two. Definitely an amazing purchase!

If you have a 2018 Buick Lacrosse, read this.Summary/TLDR: installation was tricky for my car with the position of the cable but now that it is installed it works flawlessly without any interference with any other features like remote start.Installation: The cable you are looking for is mounted directly beneath the latch for the hood, so I recommend attempting to dismount it first before attempting to detach the cables, unless your hands are tiny. It took me probably 45 minutes to get it out of its latch because I didn't realize it was fastened, and didn't want to break anything important.

this device eliminates the auto stop on my 2017 Buick Envision. Saves your starter and spark plugs.It plugs into the cable coming from cars hood latch. Doesn't effect operation of any other automobile systems. Installation took about 3 min.

2020 Buick had the auto stop. It just annoys me, this was a quick plug in. Super easy install. No more engine cut offs at every red light, stop sign.

Buyer Beware, I ordered for 2019 enclave, They sent Big plug type which does not fit a 2019, they fit 2018 and older, For 2019 and newer they require small plug version, When I reached out, They tell me to order a different one from their store, That is it, never offered to replace it with one they obviously sell, Which would have been easy for them, it's their store and their misleading title, which they have not corrected, They never offered to accept it as a return, Just directed me to amazon policies.. So just a FYI for you all... I had ordered this another time earlier and it did work just fine on a 2019 envision...

2018 Buick Enclave. It was very easy to install and so far has worked as advertised.

It works on 2017 Buick LaCrosse. The remote start still works after installation. The conncetion is hidden below the hood latch. You have break the plastic tab that holds the harness connectors. Its easier if you undo the 2 bolts of the hood latch. No more annoying start-stop that is so stupid waste of acceleration lag and battery stress.
