Comfortable, so far so good.
The insoles supplied with my trainers were typically cheap and wafer thin, within a couple of weeks they started slipping up behind my heels making the trainers really uncomfortable. These insoles stay put, and are really comfortable, the gel bottoms ensure they don’t move around and give good cushioning.Easy to adjust to the correct size so long as you take your time.Edit 30th April 2025.After just a few days of wear the insoles make a squelching noise when walking, my feet also sweat quite a bit with these insoles, I’ve ordered a different a pair of a different brand as these insoles have rapidly become a problem. These insoles were expensive, and expensive waste of time and money, i would not buy this brand again.

Walking on sponge
These are very comfortable, good value, size was spot on I’m a 7 and the 7.5 was perfect, really nice to walk on and don’t feel intrusive as some do. Very happy feet

Durable.
If your working day is stood or walking all day long, then these are perfect. Durable, comfortable, supple for the souls of your feet and great value for money. You won't need another pair for a while. All the rest are mediocre.

Expensive, but comfortable
These are very expensive, but they are comfortable. Would I buy again? Most probably not, due to price. I have bought other brands that are much cheaper and still protect your feet from impact and comfortability.

Gel Based Insoles
I recently tried the Scholl GelActiv Trainer Insoles for Women, and they’ve significantly improved my comfort during workouts and daily activities. These insoles are marketed as offering "all-day comfort" with super shock absorption and springiness thanks to GelWave technology, and they live up to those claims. The first thing I noticed was the cushioning. The gel material in the insoles feels soft yet firm enough to provide excellent support. The GelWave technology gives a noticeable springiness when walking or running, and it reduces the impact on my heels and arches, especially during long runs. I used to experience foot fatigue after being on my feet for long periods, but with these insoles, that discomfort has lessened considerably. The insoles are easy to trim to fit into your shoes perfectly, which is a nice touch. I didn’t have any issues fitting them into my running shoes or trainers. They stay in place and don’t slide around, even during intense movement. One downside is that they can make shoes feel a bit tighter, particularly if your shoes are already snug. But as they mold to your feet over time, that tightness eases up. Another point to note is that while they offer fantastic support during workouts, they might not be ideal for extremely high-impact sports or activities where you need maximum performance cushioning.Overall, I’m impressed with the durability and comfort these insoles provide. They’re great for women who spend a lot of time on their feet or enjoy running and other sports. The shock absorption is superb, making my runs and everyday activities much more comfortable.

It just works
The lining in my trainers had come to an end of life to the point where I could feel the sole and the trainers were uncomfortable. I slipped in the insoles and I pretty much have brand new trainers. So pleased I had to write a little review.
