Do i need to drill holes...or just 3m?

Like almost all aftermarket PU lip kits, YES, you need to drill holes. Installs with self-tapping screws (included, only if its applicable) and double-sided tape (NOT included). Sanded down prior to applying the double-sided tape is required!

Why the item warped upon receipt?

Due to the characteristics of the PU material, the part may flex or warp under heat or excess force, which can happen during transit. If it is warped upon receipt, just leave it flat outside under the sun and it will flex back to its original shape.
