These caplets have no coating and do not go down easily. Normally I can swallow up to 8 supplements at a time but it is difficult to swallow even two of these.

Parece bueno los efectos no se, trato de tomarlo a diario, por recomendacion de una dra en farmacia y biologa.y al ser hidrolizado es más fácil de absorber por las células. Tiene sentido para mi.

These pills are very large and hard to swallow. I usually dont have problems swallowing medication but these are very large and hard to swallow for me. I will not be re purchasing them
