Company Law 9/e (Core Texts Series) Paperback – 4 Aug. 2016

The book is very thorough while being relatively easy to read and I would recommend it to students. However, as noted by others the binding is pretty poor and I can only hope the latest edition is bound by a different company.

I love the content of the book, but the quality is bad. I just finished two chapter, and the book turned into like this.

Had to return product as pages were falling out. This occurred when I first used the book for revision. I had to return it for a refund.

The content of the book is fine but the quality the binding is poor- the book is literally falling apart

My university lecturer recommended this book and I am very pleased with it. My only criticism is that as other reviewers have said the binding is poor and pages fall out easily.

Not only is the book unclear with somethings it's trying to explain, just like the other reviewer my book fell to pieces after using it twice!
