Received today and immediately opened to use on hip and lower back aches. Works great, heats up quickly and looks to be of great quality. Perfect size and fabric is so soft. Photo doesn't do the color justice. Definitely recommend and great as a gift too!

This heating pad is AMAZING! I have chronic right hip pain and I’ve been using an ancient heating pad. Finally decided it was time for a new one and after research bought this one. It’s really nice and super soft. It heats up fast and the heat stays constant. I really enjoy the controls. There’s 6 heat settings and also timers from 30min to 120min. Which is nice at bedtime. There’s a cord from the heating pad to the controller, then a cord from the controller to the plug, which makes it easy to change settings when you’re already fixed up. Great size too! It goes all the way from my waist almost to my knee and it’s big enough to wrap around my leg somewhat to stabilize it. It also can run the entire length of my back (I’m an average size and weight woman, 5’6” and 145 lbs). Came packaged well, no smell. Highly recommend!

Excellent and heavy heating pad. It's not "heavy" in the sense that it's hard to move or pick up, but the weight addition to this heating pad made it much more effective than other pads that I've used over the years. The instructions it comes with are generic and the warnings tell you not to do exactly what most people want to do - I bought it for back and shoulder issues and it specifically says not to lay on top of it, which I ignored. It doesn't get super hot when it's just sitting on you but I think it's probably warm enough to ease tense muscles. I have only used setting 6 (highest) and found that it put out enough heat to be extremely helpful. The weight helps press the heat into your body when it's just laying on top of you. The control module is simple and has only 4 buttons. The screen is bright and easy to read, and the buttons feel durable. The entire cord is long enough, but that doesn't necessarily mean that the controller is going to sit in a comfortable place or be within reach depending on where your outlets are and where you are using the pad. There's about a 2 foot length of cord between the controller and the pad itself which I found to be useful to be able to place the heating pad wherever I wanted without automatically having the controller somewhere inconvenient. The whole pad seems durable and works well. It's a large enough size that it covers all the aches and pains at once. I'm very happy with this purchase.

This worked out pretty well for us. Love the longer length than it is nice and soft. I found that where the heat controller is on the pad itself tends to be awkward. I like the fact that it turns itself off, but the timer is not accurate, which is no big deal. I just turn it to stay on longer and it works out just fine. The heat it puts out is really nice and I was able to find a very comfortable temperature with the heat adjustment levels.

Very soft and can get very hot. I haven't had it for long so I can't speak about the life of it, but it's very nice to use as a TMJ warm compress. It had a slight plastic odor straight out of the package but it faded after a day or two. It's a lot bigger than I expected for the price and can almost cover my pillow, so it's perfect. The only complaint I could see is the cord is around 2-3 feet long, but that's perfectly fine for me. Overall, very happy with the purchase!

I don’t often write reviews, but i felt compelled after the utter bliss I felt when I had ten cold toesies before bed, pre-heated it under the blanket (the instructions say not to do that but hey, I’m a bit of a bad boy) and when I slipped those little piggies into that velvety cocoon of warmness I involuntarily tilted my head back and exclaimed to no one but myself: “holy moly this is the greatest purchase of my life." (I was censored, I didn't say "moly") It was then I grabbed my phone, determined to share my experience and spread the gospel of the Deepsoon Electric Heating Pad. Is it better than other heating pads? I don’t know and I don’t care. For a little over $15 bucks I’ve never had to manually warm up my toesies again. Looking for an opinion on back pain? I’m also your guy. I may be young but I work a desk job, have the posture of a shrimp, and hid the scoliosis form the school nurse gave my parents to sign when I was 12, so as the kids like to say: “I’m cooked”. But luckily, so is my back. This thing is flexible and soft so I can put it right on the skin (another “safety no-no”. Did I mention I’m a bad boy?) to get that deep burn that hurts so good. Stays warm for a long time and hasn’t caused any electrical fires yet, so it gets a full 5 stars from me.

I bought this to use in my recliner to help my back pain. Not only is this simple to use but it is very effective for pain relief with both heat and timer settings on a single control pad. Another big advantage of this model is that the control pad is set in the cord such that it will sit very conveniently on the seat of the chair - no bending or stretching involved. It appears to be very well constructied, flexible and durable. Just the right size to cover the entire lumbar back region.

Big heating pad with lots of coverage. Found the material to be extremely soft and malleable, which makes it easy to use. The control is very simple and different than other smaller ones I’ve used, has selectable time settings that provide much appreciated safety cutoffs. Then why did I take one star off? That’s because in my limited use of the pad, it seems to me that it doesn’t get as warm as other smaller pads I own. This may be a safety thing, but even at the highest settings this seems to be the case. But having said that, it does get warm enough while avoiding that torch feeling of some smaller ones.

So handy. I used to use wheat packs for my feet every night. Now I have longer lasting support for poor circulation.

Had high hopes for this, but in practice it barely gets warm regardless of the setting. Certainly not warm enough to do what it says. Avoid.

Stopped working after a while

Works well with a small screen to show different temperature settings. The plug is a European plug that never fit properly, so I had to replace it with an Indian plug, but then it worked well. The position of the controller is not good: it's half way between the plug and the pad, so it's always awkward. But otherwise it works very well, and i like the ability to change heat settings.

If you have sore muscles or stiff joints anywhere in the body, this heating pad helps immensely. Worth every cent.
