How do I shut off the phone call speaker option? Please don't say press the right arrow button, I tried that.

You may shut off the speakerphone mode of our Go2 by pressing the play button located at the top of the speaker.

How is the call quality? Can Callers hear you?

I've had mine now for a little over a month and I must say I'm very pleased with it. The call quality seems to be just fine. When speaking to my friends I ask them how do I sound they say great. So I suspect it's at least good enough for them to hear me clearly cuz they never complained. I use this a lot for my Android device not only for calls so I can hear it better and the speakerphone quality is fantastic as well as I like watching videos and so on on the phone and just having better sound than my phone can produce. So I think for the money it's perfectly fine.

Does this jbl go2 speaker play in stereo (by itself)?

Unfortunately, the JBL GO 2 speaker cannot play in stereo by itself or with another JBL GO 2. This feature is available on some of our other speakers such as the Flip 5, Xtreme 2, Boombox 2, and others that have either Connect+ or PartyBoost. You would need at least two speakers connected via either Connect+ or PartyBoost plus the JBL Connect App in order to play your media in stereo.
